A “King” Is No “General”…A “King” may lead a country and be known as the fiercest attacker, but he does not “defend” his country himself. He sits on his thrown, with his grovelers, with his spoils, but he is not deserving of his credit as much as another in his land. For there is another man who has acheived far more than this so-called “King,” one who does not care for the recognition, but lives for the kill. The “General,” a leader of an army, the one who has ice in his veins, the one with a ruthless mindset, one who does whatever it takes to defend his men and country, and leaves the enemy on the ground after battle. A man who is creative when it comes to formulating an attack, a man who takes on challenges no man dare face, a man who fights through pain and injury and a man who is respected and hated for his accomplishments by lands far beyond his own. Who is this so-called “King” and commendable “General”? I gave you one answer, you figure out the other. Sound off in the Los Angeles Lakers Forums!
