Bynum, and that's not a homer pick actually. West does not have a true center at all. Might as well use one.

damn roy, paul, and POSSIBLY melo and kobe all out for the all star game? I'm seriously not gonnna watch it this year with all these guys missing!!!

billups already replaced paul, but damn we could have up to FOUR all star replacements! I say the 4 replacements should be: Billups, Bynum, Kaman, and Monta Ellis. If not Monta Ellis, then def someone like Aaron Brooks, Tyreke Evans, or Russell Westbrook. It will be veryyyyyy interesting.

Kaman and Monta Ellis deserve spots. Bynum maybe, but I would take Kaman over him.

NBA Commissioner David Stern named Clippers center Chris Kaman to the All-Star team Monday to replace Trail Blazers guard Brandon Roy, who is sidelined with a hamstring injury.

It's the first All-Star appearance for Kaman, 29, who is in his seventh season with the Clippers and is averaging a career best in scoring (20.2), plus nine rebounds a game. Kaman was disappointed he wasn't selected by coaches as a reserve to the All-Star team, and he said the Clippers' losing record was probably a factor.

Kaman is the first Clipper to be an All-Star since Elton Brand in 2006.

i think if Melo and Kobe end up missing it too, then Bynum and Aaron Brooks might get in. But I still think Monta Ellis deserves it. His team sucks but that's not his fault. Individually he's an amazing talent. Kaman and Billups deserved it.

Numbers on a bad team. Chris Kaman an all-star? Haha I don't care what his numbers look like, that's a joke. This is right up there with Magloire as an all-star in 04.
