Some good pics today.

I'm glad they decided to take more than two photos. They must have some lazy photographers covering the Lakers training camp.

Pic comments:
#6 Tex looks to be on the Shaq diet.
#8 Mihm and Kobe better be glad they don't play for Theus or they wouldn't be able to be on their phones.
#10 Vlad looks like his arm is about to rip out of it's socket. When do the trainers plan on telling him that he's lifting foam weights?
#18 Finally Luke is lifting. Because it was quite evident he didn't lift much this summer.
#20 Tex and Phil seem rather content watching Critt

Why's that crazy, they're not bodybuilders or football players, they play basketball, don't really need to be huge, look at Kevin Durant.

On top of that, most players arn't lifting for bulk. Besides, that could be a warmup or drop set you're watching. I hate when people just go by weight and come to conclusions.

those are called foam cylinders. they are used for myofascia therapy. basically taking out any knots in the muscles, moving it around and loosening it up.

as far as the weights go, they are powerlifting anywhere from 145-200lbs. not much because they are not used for bulking, they are used for developing power, so it requires explosive movements. i have no clue why they dont use collars at the end of the bars...idiots. no wonder why lakers players get injured.
