These are some observations I made. And they are things that were obvious enough for the rest of those watching to see...

1) Kobe is the best in the league.

2) Dwight is the best big man in the league.

3) Shaq's gas light is on, he's nearing empty.

4) Kobe and VC should have been in the dunk contest, because they've still got "it."

5) T-Mac can't sign Wayne Newton tunes.

6) Kobe is twice the player we are seeing when he has teammates that aren't D-League trash (please Kidd...come to LA).

7) Damon is the second worst dresser associated with the NBA, Craig is still #1

8) Eddie Jordan is Phil's Bizarro. Did he set a timeout record?

9) Paul and Deron got robbed. Sorry Okur, but I almost didn't even know you were at the game.

10) Gil has replaced Shaq as THE Entertainer (even with Shaq's break dancing dominance). This weekend he showed off his one armed 3 point shooing in the contest, contemplated wearing an Agent Zero jersey on Sunday, talking about how he was going to cross over Kobe (and making kung-fu sounds), and finally joining the Elvis Impersonators on the trampolines dunking the ball.

11.) Wade initiating contact on several occasians and forcing up bad shots hoping to get the whistle. No call and an airball mhihi mhihi . I love fewer whistles. It seperates the creme de la creme from the mayonaise.
