Rick Adelman Welcomed in Orlando
Rick Adelman and the Orlando Magic GM have come to terms on an 8 year for 82,000,000 dollar deal. The deal includes a guaranteed 6 years at 60,000,000 dollars, with the following 2 years being optional at 11,000,000 dollars a year.
The City of Orlando is buzzing as the news came in, but the happiest of them all was Ron Artest, who at the moment is in conversations with the coach via telephone. When asked what he thought about the move Artest was quoted as saying " It's great for the fans, It's great for the city, It's great for this team, and best of all it's great for me". Brad Miller and Luol Deng also had alot of comments.
Rick Adelman was also quoted saying " I wouldnt want to have it any other way, getting to coach one of the best players in the league, its an honor" he followed up with " Me and Ron we had something special going on last year, we had just began to gel and the Maloofs ruined that for me, im estatic that we both have been given the chance to show others what we can accomplish together and prove the doubters wrong".
The city of Orlando is delighted to have such a great coach join the team, were in for a exciting and succesful year.

that is definitely going to count against you. thats overpaying for any coach.

i like it, mediocre coachs are getting around 7-8 million.... in about 3 years there isnt going to be a coach signed under 8 million per year, for the experience and hard work Adelman brings, its all worth it.
