CL v. LG Challenge: Updated Standings Pg. 5

Nominate 5 of our most knowledgeable peeps from CL to compete against 5 of LG's candidates. 10 team H2H format.

I'd like to see this. Mods can sticky the league thread and keeps us CL'ers updated as to the progress of the league.

I am sure LG can round up 5 fantasy B-Ball players to compete for bragging rights.

Just a thought.

You won't have too much of a hard time finding 5 CL participants. If they're up for it, slimjim and Mojo should be on the team. We've got quite a few gamers.

I'd like to be one of the 5 CL players.

I prefer roto, but H2H will work too.

I agree Mojo and Slimjim should be on the teams, even though if I remember they both play roto. I like playing H2H, I only have a couple years experience. I improved from my first year to my second year and think I have a winning strategy for this year. I know I was the first one to volunteer to join, but I'd like people to agree that I should be part of the five, after all we want the best.

Update:

LG seems particularly interested. Their Mod Phil has indicated that they would more than happy to take the challenge.

Come CL'ers.

Anyone interested, please state so in this thread. Then we can nominate 5 to go against LG.

I will do it, but it's got to be roto. You can have the best team in H2H and lose because of streaming, and it isn't very conducive to trading. Do a roto league so we can have a contest based on skill.

I'll try and get a LG team together. But, I doubt we could get the most knowledgeable, for example: emplay, Mike@LG, Dancing Barry, Larry Coon & BIGMAN. Don't think any CL team could beat them, but I might be biased, he, he.

Most likely I ca n get those that visit both sites. I'll do my best.

I will be the commish and play for LG. The league will be roto. Each player gets a team. We'll add the points of each 5 at season's end to detremine the winner.

Who are the CL 5?

I played roto before. I came in 3rd place in the league lol

but I was young and inexperienced at the time.

I play Roto and H2H every season in the Sportsline money leagues, so I'm definitely familiar with that as well as some generally fierce competition.

Draft is important but working the waiver wire is key too (along with occasional trade if one materializes). You have to really pay attention every single day and study all the teams and their rotations.
