Like I said, Im not a huge fan of a rematch. It makes me hate the BCS even more.
But, I will most certainly be rooting my heart out for Notre Dame tomorrow. _________________ I Offered My Honor

If Notre Dame wins and Ark beats Fla in the SEC championship we may very well have a rematch and honestly I wouldn't be upset I would like to see this game on neutrel turf the way it should be played anyway. _________________

Florida is out apparently unless a grand gesture by the human voters propels them in, which is unlikely according to the "expert" ESPN has been touting lately. Its basically down to two, and was even before todays SEC matchup.
USC wins out - Theyre in
ND wins tonight - Rematch
Fla - Better luck Next Year
Ark - McFadden for Heisman next year
Big East - Schedule somebody
ND - Join a damn conference already _________________ I Offered My Honor

I heard an interesting fact today:
Although the SEC is widely regarded as the toughest conference in the country (probably rightfully so), they don't have a single non-conference win versus a top 15 BCS opponent this year.
The only place the SEC should look to blame someone for not having a Title Game appearance in the past few years is in the mirror. They need to step up to the plate and schedule some real non-conference opponents. At least no Div. 1-AA, that's just an embarrassment. _________________

Also, everyone talks about how much better Florida's loss (to Auburn) is than USC's (to Oregon St.), but it should be noted that Auburn is ranked #11 in the BCS while Oregon State is currently ranked #24. It's not quite as big of a descrepency as everyone is stating.
Also, Florida is playing its worst football of the season while USC is playing its best against its toughest opponents. USC & Michigan are a cut above Florida at this point.
Looking at the upcoming SEC Championship Game, I'm gonna go out on a limb and predict a final score of...
31

^Only stating the facts GuRu.
It is what it is: A loss to Oregon State is at least reduced to 4x worse than a loss to Auburn rather than 5x worse when they were unranked, right? _________________

I dont know what youre getting at, and I certainly dont care about rankings. Oregon State's ranking is a product of beating up on a weak Pac-10 conference with the recent downfall of teams like Cal and Oregon, the Pac10 is showing some true colors. I guess someone out of that conference has to win sometime.
But if you want to compare the teams, there really is no comparison. Auburn is a completely better team in almost every aspect. Auburn was a pre-season contender for the title who happens to play in the toughest conference in the nation.
It doesnt matter at this point who's loss was worse, USC is in position and Floida isnt, and thats all that matters. But Oregon State is a far worse loss. _________________ I Offered My Honor
