You could have something agreed to in principle after:
Monday, 6/2 9 AM PST
Teams may begin negotiating with the remaining free agents.
But not official until:
Monday, 6/9 9 AM PST
Free agents may begin signing with teams.

Will we get an answer from a big name free agent from 27-2nd to see who he signs with? and then when the 9th comes, we can officially sign the player

I won't say all of the marquee FAs will have made a decision by the 2nd because I'm allowing room for an unexpected complication or hangup. But I'd expect they should have a decision by the 2nd.

So if it is to say for Baron or Ellis (both are on top 15 list), then as soon as we finish negotiation after May 27, we can principally agree to a trade and announce them? It's just that it can be an official trade on June 9.

...are we just syncing up our Draft Lottery with the actual Lottery? If so, that's a good idea. Less confusion.

since u have to wait until after the draft you will draft the player the person getting the pick wants and NOT sign them so they don't count against the cap and send the rights for them to the team in the deal.
