if u qcquire a player, u can only trade him within 48 hrs before you have to wait for 60 days to trade him or something

exactly and 60 days the game is over so if u dnt trade within the 2days you stuck with him

Clarification. The 48 hour rule applies to multi-player deals. You only have 48 hours to trade for a player and then trade him again in a package with other players from your roster. However, you can acquire a player in a trade and then deal him out again solo for 90 days after acquiring him. As long as that player is all you send out in the trade you can move him twice.
