No way... if he's acquitted in 3 months, it will take probably a year max to get his shoes out in my opinion.

i know, i said three months as an example, because any time from now to june 22, 2006 is within 2 years

The 2K4's were designed for Kobe, but were dropped as a signature shoe when the all of the court hearing stuff came about.
When he is acquitted, it will take about a year for him to get a signature shoe. That way they can create a bunch of hype and the shoe will have great sales.
Kobe also seemed to want a similar line as the Jordan brand stuff, so that will also take a little longer to get all worked out. |

Dont listen to this guy he is wrong. Frist came all this stuff came with kobe and that girl. They all rdy had a shoe for him and they were going to sell it to the public but when all that news came out about the rape and stuff, they didnt invest all the money for the shoes and stuff. Kobe all rdy has a shoe for nike but there not going to sell it yet, there going to wait till all the trail is over, and kobe is found not gulity. My cuzen whent to the nike center with kobe, so he knows all about that stuff and he tells me all the details and stuff. But once he found not gulity in matter of weeks his shoe will come out, just watch. |

Thats cool don't listen to me, it is crazy the things actual NIKE employees know. I ahve worked for Nike for a little over 2 years now. I spent all last summer in Beaverton in the Dream program, and will be moving to Oregon as soon as I graduate college for a job on campus.
I was told by my Ekin that the 2K4's were originally designed for Kobe. So my EKIN may have been wrong, but I highly doubt that.
They may have a new shoe made for Kobe, but they won't drop it the right after he is found innocent. They will wait till the best time to release it. It makes no sense to release the shoe at some random time.
They will probably end up doing an allstar weekend release or something like that. It may come earlier then that, but from what I have heard it isn't very likely. |

| Dude my cuzen is kobe bodygurd. If any one has that tape of kobe going to the nike center, please post it. My cuzen is shown on there. Your friend could be right but my cuzen tells me alot about kobe. He use to talk to him alot but right know since that trail is going on, that lawyer said it would be best if they didnt talk because there are probbaly going to call him up to court. But hopefully kobe gets his shoe out whent he is found not gulity, then we can all buy it |

IndyLAfan is right. wouldnt you think if they had a shoe already to be released for kobe that we would of seen the sample for them? By more informants over at Niketalk, we all know that the huarache 2k4's were supposed to be kobes, but was scratched and were catagorized under college shoes.
If you're so in touch with Kobe, would you like to tell me where Nike headquarters is located?

Yes it is the same cuzen. Has anyone ever herd the name Mike Ortiz? Click the link. go down a littel. Look to the left where it will say witness. Can some tell me who name is in the middle of 3 other people name? Did anyone ever watch kobe dairy on MTV. Remmber when kobe whent to china, and they whanted him to eat the snake but he said Big Mike will eat it. Remmber that guy. Maybe check this pic out,
That pic is when the lakers won the champship. But i do not want to give that photo out because it one in a kind. I will find some more photos to show you guys.
