Espn insider and hoopshype are reporting that this trade might go down.
Chicago trades:
#7 Selection in 2003
SF Eddie Robinson (5.7 ppg, 3.1 rpg, 1.0 apg in 21.2 minutes)
SF Donyell Marshall (13.4 ppg, 9.0 rpg, 1.8 apg in 30.5 minutes)
PF Marcus Fizer (11.7 ppg, 5.7 rpg, 1.3 apg in 21.3 minutes)
Chicago receives:
#29 Selection in 2003
SG Michael Finley (19.3 ppg, 5.8 rpg, 3.0 apg in 38.3 minutes)
Change in team outlook: -11.5 ppg, -12.0 rpg, and -1.1 apg.

Dallas trades:
#29 Selection in 2003
SG Michael Finley (19.3 ppg, 5.8 rpg, 3.0 apg in 38.3 minutes)
Dallas receives:
#7 Selection in 2003

DAMN... does MARK CUBAN ever quit?... he keeps getting Younger and more talented every year!!!. Its a good thing their is a limit to the amount of players you can have on a Squad. I think he is planning something if this proposed trade goes down. He might be looking at a bigger picture.... the sign and trade for KIDD. I think the players mentioned in the trade are players who the NETS might be asking for. If that is so it would be a great move for DALLAS. We I am only guessing and trying to read peoples intentions. I hope I am wrong but it sure is begining to unfold.

The key is that #7 pick. With the draft being so stacked this year a #7 pick can be golden! Perhaps they can pick up a defensive player. Wait a minute Dallas, Defense, oh hell no, that makes no damn sense.
