With the additions of Redd and Kobe, I don't think that need is as desperate as it was.

What they needed more than shooters was a couple of alpha dogs, and now they have it in Kobe and JKidd.

agreed, they have more shooters now...and Rashard Lewis is a better player and scorer than JJ Redick, but he is NOT a better shooter.

We're not. International 3 is like a FT for Kobe. Not to mention we have Mike Miller.

Redd, Reddick, Miller, and Battier ain't enough for ya? All they do is jack up 3s. I can name 10 other players on that roster who can hit the 3 as well. They are fine.

ALlen Iverson, Mike Bibby, and VInce Carter need to be on this team. THey're all good scorers/shooters/playmakers.

As for the team USA now, the players theyve got now plus the hurt/unavailable players like Johnson, Jamison, Jefferson, Arenas, Wade, Odom etc. etc., OH MY GOD!!! These guys are LETHAL! Just FILTHY!

We all know Kobe shoots a lot of shots in the NBA just infront of the 3 point line. Imagine Kobe high posting behind the FIBA 3 point line and shoots fade away 3s. The European players are gonna be like WTF? man4

Lakers should be able to dominate using their inside game considering their size.

man3 You meant USA right? Yeah, though we already have many shooters on the team. Lewis is a better scorer than Redick, but I don't think he's a better shooter as someone already said.
