There a number of scrubs that have went off on us. Doesn't mean they're good players.

I like Dallas' pickup of Wright, I like this kid's game, but as already mentioned, the Mavs frontcourt is thin.

Chris Paul and Jason Kidd were the point guards on the floor for their respective conferences down the stretch of Sunday's All-Star game, each piling up assists in the hotly contested fourth quarter.

They'll square off again in their first game after the break -- this time as division rivals.

Kidd will play his first game in a Dallas Mavericks uniform in more than 11 years Wednesday when he leads them against Paul's New Orleans Hornets -- owners of the Western Conference's best record.

Do you Kidd doubters still think he can't shoot?

Since the trade, Kidd is shooting 10-17 (59%) from the 3 pt line and 37-79 (47%) on FG.

Dallas isn't winning with Kidd, but I think that's a Notwitzki issue. He's takes a lot of bad shots.

I think Mavs play competitive like they have currently they can beat anybody except a fully healthy Lakers(Bynum, Radman, & Ariza) and Spurs (Parker being 100%) team. If Lakers or Spurs are healthy the Mavs would be lucky to even win a one game against them.

4-4 with Kidd...they definitely would not have a worse record with Harris.

Bad trade. Slightly bad in the short run and very bad in the long run.

In Dallas' defense, I believe they have played 4 games in 5 nights. During the 8-game stretch they had to face the top 4 teams in the West, and they still haven't fully integrated Kidd in their offense (as evidenced by him not playing the final seconds against the Spurs). This is not like the Suns trade where they are losing to bad teams and getting blown out by the good ones.
