CRUD! Gilchrist schooled Paul and Felton at last year's workouts. The only thing standing in his way is his attitude. Otherwise, he's a lottery PG. TREMENDOUS skills and strength.
I'd been praying that we bring him in for the SPL, but we instead opt for giving Michael Fey a spot on the roster. WTF???

Wouldve been a perfect SPL pickup and possible addition to the team, but as usual mangement strikes out once again.

absolutely. Instead they pick up scrubs.
John is a big and strong guard who can play solid defense. I would take him over Sasha any day of the week and twice sundays.

It's unbelievable. For a team that's trying to solidify the PG position, I can't think of a selection that makes more sense than trying out Gilchrist. He basically has ALL the tools.
Again, the only reason might be that John's bad attitude precedes him. But Phil has shown an ability to deal with those types, unless he's told management that, following his health concerns, he doesn't want the aggravation anymore.
