Ya Yankees are rolling right now
but still, this is not a championship contender for me...too old, too little hunger
their pitching is still politely said AWEFULL. _________________

You see what a little patience can do. The team is doing well now and hopefully it can continue for a little while longer.
Hopefully we can make a push to get Bedard or Sabathia over the next month to cover up Wangs loss. _________________

This Yankee team sucks so hard its not even funny...
my god, I can't believe I waste my time sometimes to watch these scrubs and be disappointed again and again....its not just they SUCK at pitching...they suck at everything.
put a fork in this team, eff it...this roster is for the birds...the only words I can connect with this team is that they are always idle, bootless, feckless, futile, sterile, useless, vain...I dunno anymore...
They suffer from suck-itis like a pornstar-itis just with a lot more teeth.itis. _________________

They have the money but they are too goddamn stupid...
they spent 50 mio. on Kei Igawa...and guess what...Igawa SUCKS.
they spend in guys like Giambi, Pavano, Mussina, Gay-Rod, Abreu, Farnsworthless, ...
they have thrown their money out of the window for some LOSERS. Either they are past their prime and washed up or they were never any good to beginn with.
Yankees are goddamn losers...so is Hank Steinbrenner and Brian Cashman...just goddamn stupid. I'm fed up, I'm done with these mofos unless they completely rebuild...
but if they don't... eff it. _________________

Did you know?
there is only 5 teams in the ENTIRE MLB that have lost more games at home than the yankees?
but hey, at least they have solid chemistry

this team has about 3-4 WINNERS...one just went down...damn
Posada injury will be a big blow for the Yankees.
Now there are only 3 winners left...Jeter, Damon, Chamberlain...
but Yankees have played better as of late. I still expect them to miss the post season tho. _________________

When you rely on May-Rod for winning, or even getting to, in the post-season, you're in trouble.
Yanks need to stop wasting money. It's ridiculous. Get rid of the bums, replenish that famous farm system, and get back to the way Yankee ball is supposed to be. They are a joke at the moment. _________________

2 games out of a playoff spot is a joke these days? Tough crowd.
Oh and Alex's issue has never been helping the team get into the playoffs. And when we have been in the playoffs, pitching has let us down more than Alex. _________________

2 games out of playoffs isn't a joke but the Yankees are IMO a joke..
when you have 209 mio. dollars payroll and you can't do better than that, then you are a failure.
Pitching has let us down...but the Yankees didn't have the best pitchers to begin with...thats why they haven't been crucified. When you expect old DIRT like Randy Johnson or a guy like Moos (he has been great this year for his standards tho) to bail you out, then disappointment is your friend. But its FAIR to expect a 30 mio. salary player like A-Rod to bail you out...
For obvious stats A-Rod is considered the best MLB player...so when someone is considered the best, you expect him to do SOMETHING...its a sorry excuse to say he sucked but pitching sucked to.
A-Rod himself...HIMSELF said after the playoffs loss 2 years ago
"it was a huge disappointment but for me...at some point you have to look in the mirror and say...I SUCKED"...Thats what A-Rod said..I think he hit it on the head.
The Yankees need a complete makeover since about 3-4 years now...it has to start with Cashman...
A-Rod is best compared with Carmelo Anthony...with him as your focal point of the team, you will go nowhere. _________________

7th straight win since all-star break...
Chamberlain shut Boston down as Yankees win 1-0 at Fenway...
seems like a typical mid-season push by the Yankees...
the problem? even if they make the post-season, they won't win it all but as of right now I won't think too much ahead and just applaud a great win. _________________
