If anyone could get me to watch the WNBA it's her. That's pretty amazing too, that one single athlete could get me to actually watch. The WNBA is like that though, one star can stand out above the rest and really come in and change the game immediately. Its' not like the NBA where you have to come in and be a rookie and take your lumps, she came right in and dominated.

Agreed for the most part. To be honest, the only reason I tuned in was to see what Parker was about. I hadn't seen her play for a long period of time prior to today so I felt I had to tune in and see what the hype was all about. She certainly lived up to it. |

I mean I think it was seattle vs someone and in the 3rd the scoring was still like in the 40s or something.

From what I saw in the first game, it looks like the refs let the players get away with a lot of physical play... might have something to do with the scores being so low.

You don't have to have Russian parents to be Russian. It's based on citizenship, the same thing that allowed Arnold to become governor.
If I wanted to become Russian even though I'm American, I could if I wanted to.
