Do you guys think Rondo is gonna do well in this fantasy season? His assissts should be good with stars he has around him. But when i saw him play in london he seemed to be really quiet. i dunno if this was just because it were pre-season?
So is Rondo worth having on your team. _________________ Great Defense always beats Great Offense |

I, for one, don't think he has much fantasy value... hew won't score or rebound, so his only contribution can be steals or assists, but in order to get assists you have to have the ball in your hands a lot - which he won't have. _________________ Believe none of what you hear and half of what you see and you'll be alright.

Steals are a tough category to fill, and Rondo might lead the league in steals this year.
His impact on your team's FG% is overblown. Sure, he can't throw a rock into the ocean, but with PP, KG and Ray on that team, he won't get enough looks to truly do damage.
As long as your team already has a solid FG%, he's a good addition. If your team is already shakey with FG% (and it's a roto league) than stay away. |

actually yeah
even with the downside of his fg%, he doesn't actually take enough shots to really make an impact
good advice mojo. |

His expected impact is being severely overrated.
My guess, 9ppg, 4apg, 3rpg, 1.4spg with mediocre %'s.
Ball won't be in his hands a lot, which is a big problem for him. |

Rondo will be money on steals and assists, which are two key categories. He's not a bad rebounder for a PG either. His FG% won't kill you because he won't take many shots. _________________ ...as I enter your mind, decorate and paint my sign...LA Lakers will be 2008-09 NBA Champions! |
