i dont want to add fuel to the fire but if that really was a jazz fan who made that comment i want to know why this whole arrogant rapist thing is still going on when bringing up kobes name. is it a race thing now? with an african american male engaging in adultery with a white woman that has jazz fans (predominantly caucasian group) so riled up? i dont think alot of other fans in diff arenas with a diverse fan base still call kobe a rapist. i may be way off but does anyone else think that there is still some sort of inherent racial tones underlying the jazz/denver fan hate for kobe?

i know denver is a pretty diverse place but i can't be too certain of utah. i just want to get peoples ideas on this - don't want to add fuel to the fire cuz this baby is roaring anyways

Wow. This thread caused so much tension I had to sign up just to put my 2 cents in. I am a jazz fan and would hope that you wouldn't judge all jazz fans based on what a couple of delusional fans post on your (or the jazz) forums.

And another thing, not all jazz fans are mormons. The guy under the basket with the blow up doll is not Mormon (I know that for a fact). I really don't understand the attack on religion when you have no idea whether the people posting here are Mormon or not.

LOL, every time I try to make a joke, it always winds up as the last post on a page and nobody ever sees it.

Screw it:

That's the first time I've seen the picture of the Jazz fan with the blow-up doll.

I love how it's blatantly obvious that he has never been laid AND jacks off way too much.

Radner....if you were Fish would you honestly have choosen NY with all the issues/turmoils they had every single season that Thomas was there and even the addition of another talented but yet TROUBLED player even if Kobe wasn't here? IMO I would choose anything but NY, even with the Kobe issue, this team drama wasn't even 1/4 of what was happening in NY.

Yes, I would have picked the Knicks even with the crap they dealed with. You have the understand how bad the situation would have been if Kobe was traded. No one would want to go here even Fish.

well I respect your opinion and hindsight is 20/20 but this is the LAKERS we would've moved on and got some great piece in return for Kobe and all would be forgotten EVENTUALLY mhihi

Yes, a package that does not include Deng would have made us forget about everything.

Cmon dude. Our situation was horrible either way you slice it.

He's clearly not Mormon. But he needs to step away from the Internet porn and go outside for a jog or something.

That is exactly what I am trying to say. It is incorrect, rude, and immature to make generalizations.

The guy with the blow up doll is loaded and has a pretty hot wife. So I wouldn't go so far as to say he isn't getting laid...

He'd have to be. I've skimmed my girlfriend's Cosmos and I can't recall seeing albino toad-ish qualities as being desired traits for a future mate.

Personally, I have to chuckle anytime I hear a Jazz fan point out that "Kobe's a rapist" or that "they'd never support a team that plays a rapist."

Guess the fact that their arena has a statue of a guy out front who's only defense for impregnating a 13 yr. old. was "I had consent" doesn't exactly tickle their sensibility alarm.

I'd much rather talk about the douche with the blow-up doll. He looks like he should be sodomizing dead people on CSI.

Jazzfan your rational for those idiots who boo fisher because they dont understand why he didn't choose NY OR NJ just proves Jazz fans know nothing outside of Jazz basketball.....tell those genious to use some common sense, who the hell in their right mind would willingly go to to NY? Also as someone stated NJ did not need a PG but I guess its pointless to make any arguments in Fisher defense considering some of the garbage signs put by your fans in reference to Fish daughter.

Well, the Lakers weren't a contender before the season. Most thought we would head to the lottery.

From a winning standpoint, the Knicks were a better option since they acquired Randolph and look like a team that could do damage in the playoffs.

Are you serious? Please tell me your joking.

Kobe averaged more blocks a game then Randolph did. As soon as they got him I knew it would be a joke, Curry and Randolph are two of the worst defensive big men in the league, and putting them together on the same floor is pretty much asking for the opposition to score 120.

That's sheer, opinionated speculation on your part.

Now I'll ask this, what situation was more tolerable to a free agent prior to the offseason, Kobe asking for a trade from the Lakers or the Knicks acquiring Randolph?

If I was a free agent, I would have picked the latter. The only reason Fish came here is because he is good friends with Kobe along with Phil. The actual winning part only factored in once Kobe and Fish started to talking to one another about the upcoming season.

The Knicks haven't been relevant since 2003 at best, your gonna tell me because they got Zach Randolph, he'd all of a sudden make them relevant and a playoff contender. I'd find that hard to believe if I was a free agent.

Your right when you say the Lakers situation didn't look that good before the season either, but I would take my chances there before I go to NY.

I have a question for you. Know that I'm dead serious. Is it okay to call Kobe a rapist?

I have several friends who call Kobe a rapist every time I mention the Lakers. Of course they laugh about it but is that any worse than me stating a fact like "According to Mormons, only white men can hold the priesthood"

edit: and btw, these guys obviously aren't very good friends incase you're wondering. one is 19 and married, the other one is 20 and got married at 17. enough said.

First of all, contrary to what you all may think, Jazz fans hope for the best for Fisher's daughter. If there are Jazz fans out there that say otherwise, they are morons that do not represent the majority of Jazz fans.

I personally think Fisher made a great decision for his family and have never booed him. I have talked with people that have booed him, and the main reason they give for booing him is that he now plays for the Lakers, a team Jazz fans despise (for a variety of reasons, but it is mostly because of the arrogant rapist known as Kobe and also for Phil Jackson). There was a sign up last game that said "Fisher, Love your Game, Hate Your Team". That sums it up well.

There are also some fans that don't understand why Fisher is in LA and not in New York, where his daughter still has to go to get treatments. (I don't know how often but I heard monthly or every couple of months). If he really was moving so his daughter could get the best medical care, why wouldn't he go to New York or New Jersey? That would be closer to the doctor they go see in New York.

Anyways, Jazz fans are not as evil as you are portraying them to be. We ALL wish the best for Fisher's daughter. If I ever heard anybody saying anything bad about his daughter at a game I would seriously punch them in the face.

so this piece of inbred utah trash comes here and trashes our star player by calling him a rapist and this topic remains open?
ridiculous.

and dont come here with this 'oh we're not all bad' BS trying to play all innocent, then call our players rapists.
screw you and screw all other jizz fans. in fact, screw the whole state of utah. we should turn it into a bombing range.

Thanks guys, but I'm just being honest. That guys scares the crap out of me. If he'd have come into the Kinkos I used to work at, I would've made sure there weren't any young boys nearby.

Did anyone else notice that his skin pigmentation matches the doll's? Effin' weird.

That's because they spend a lot of time together. He simply took the doll to the game, what's the big deal? Some people take their kids, friends, sposes, he takes the doll.
