To all re-registered members...

I just want you to know a few things.

1) We know you re-registered. How? All moderators have an option to view IP addresses off to the side of each post, which most everyone already knows. When doing so, the page that follows list all other IP's you've posted from, as well as all other member names using that IP address in other posts. In layman's terms, we have a list of all member names posting with the same addy as you. IP's are unique. Put two and two together...

2) Re-registering is unacceptable. Okay, there are exceptions, but if you are doing so because you were previously banned, you're going to get banned again. Your IP addy will be banned. Any other IP's will get banned, and it'll continue until you start looking foolish. Why would you want to keep coming back and posting 10-20 times, then getting shot down by the staff and ridiculed by the community? Just don't bother.

3) 95% of the time, we don't even have to view the IP. It's funny, really...you guys aren't that great at hiding your identity. I'm sure there are a couple that are, but seeing that they have yet to screw up, maybe they changed (still doesn't make it right for them to re-register).

If you feel like you've been cheated out of an account, banned when you should've just been suspended, or whatever your complaint is, then you should email a staff member. If that's not going to happen, contact one on AIM or MSN...and if that is impossible for you, then re-register with intentions only to PM a staff member about your problem. We will respond as soon as we can, and in the meantime, be patient and refrain from using the account.

I figured this is a great time to say something about it, since we have a few guys running around as previously banned members. The more you do it, the more we'll pay attention to your posting style and IP addys. Thanks.

I take it this thread is aimed towards me.

The only reason I made illmatic8, after illmatic21 got banned because I thought it was a little extreme to get banned. Then when that got banned I was just ticked off because I'm not a troll, I respect other people on this board, and thought it was messed up that mods just kept banning me without an email or anything.

I made stillmatic, from illmatic to stillmatic, doesn't take a rocket scientist to know it's the same person, I wasn't trying to hide my identity. And of course I know all mods and admins have users IP addresses.

Now, all the mods can take my word for it that I'm not gonna get involved with people anymore or do personal attacks, I'm just gonna "know my environment" and know what kind of people I"m dealing with here.

So, if you guys want to ban me again, that's fine, but I want you to know that I'm not gonna personally attack anyone anymore and just mind my business.
