Don't you think K-Mart, Melo & Camby is a bit too much for the Lakers to handle?
Has anyone figured out the key to stuffin A. Miller & can Atkins do it? _________________

What truth is that? That the Lakers will fail, like you predicted for their pre-season record?
By the way, there is no "truth" in your record in your sig...
But, back to topic.
Lakers take this one, but it won't be easy. It's Kobe time. |

Yeah, its Kobe's time, but he can't do it all himself........all Kobe wants is to be like MJ, he doesn't care about a championship.....all he wants are the player award(MVP/scoring leader).
I will say KObe may go off for 40 but the Lakers still won't win _________________

Maybe thats the most important game of the season! Lets hope the players have noticed that! Kobe hopefully plays an allround game what i usually his strength! In the per season he sucked a bit having many rebounds and assists! I hope for a triple double! _________________

Just something everyone should think about before this game is played...
The Lakers, without Shaq and Kobe, beat the Nuggets last year, with the score of 97-71.
C - Horace Grant
PF - Slava Medvedenko
SF - Devean George
SG - Kareem Rush
PG - Gary Payton
DEFEATED
C - Marcus Camby
PF - Nene
SF - Carmelo Anthony
SG - Voshon Lenard
PG - Andre Miller
So...add Kenyon Martin to the Nuggets
...and add Kobe Bryant, Caron Butler, Lamar Odom, Brian Grant, Chris Mihm, Jumaine Jones, Tierre Brown, Chucky Atkins, Sasha Vujacic, and Vlade Divac to the Lakers...you get the picture.
Subtract Gary Payton, and it shows that the Nuggets won't blow past the Lakers like everyone believes (maybe not everyone here, but everyone at BSPN at least).
The point is...team chemistry means alot more than having Melo, Martin, and Miller on your team. The guys assuming that we'll lose are saying that because of the star-studded lineup that the Nuggets have, but in reality, it doesn't make much of a difference.
It's ok to say that we'll lose, but not for ignorant reasons.

i think k-mart imitates teams the same way shaq does except he does it at the 4..he has changed the mentality of the nuggz......grant brings the same intensity but umm denver gets the nod _________________

The KMart / Melo ( funny how everyones mentioning KMart first lol) LO /Grant matchups are going to be critical. If our guard tandem edges out the starting guard tandem of the Nuggets and the peviously mentioned low post combo breaks even with the Nuggets our bench should clean house.

Melo is a gifted fella and he started the transformation, but he dont present a level difficulty standing alone _________________
