Bench Mob for 45+ points !! Kobe will be Kobe but in order to win this game. Our bench needs to come out the same way they did last time. Show Kobe why even as bench players we are better than what the BuLLchit have to offer. Goooo Bench Mob !!

(For the rest of the Lakers' team stats, you'll have to go to lakers.com, then go to the Team tab, followed by the "Stats" section. For some reason, when I try to post the link and click on it, it completely messes up the whole page, and I have to restart my computer, which could happen to you)

Key Injuries for the Lakers:

C: Kwame Brown (Moderate Ankle & Knee Sprains)- Won't Play
SF: Vladimir Radmanovic (Sprained Wrists) - Questionable

Current Record/ Streak:

14-9 (2nd best in their division, 4th best in the West, and 7th best in the League)

Won 1

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Key Injuries for the Bulls:

None to my knowledge

Current Record/ Streak:

8-13 (5th place in their division, 12th worst in the East, and 24 worst in the League)

Won 1

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Season Series:

Lakers lead: 1-0

Key Matchups for the game:

1. The most important matchup for the game, in my opinion, will be our perimeter defense against the Bulls' perimeter offense. They will really test us tonight in this area.

2. Luol Deng is the Bulls' most noticeable player so far. Last time we faced the Bulls, he didn't play due to back spams. I think it was Adrian Griffin who replaced him. We will have a tough time defending him, who is averaging: 18.1ppg, 6.80rpg, and .477fg%

3. For tonight, we have some pretty good matchups. Fisher can be really aggressive against Hinrich. Gordon won't be a problem for Kobe, as he can keep up with Gordon and his lenght. This will, hopefully, disrupt his shots. Also, Odom will be be able to body up with Deng. As for Nocioni, his guard will have a tough time.

This won't an easy win as the last game against the Clippers. The Bulls will cause us problems. This is the first of 4 games on the road. Hopefully, we can start this road trip with a good start. I believe we can beat the Bulls, but it'll be up to the Lakers.....

GO man9

Lakers lose but win the rest of the road games.

I felt the need to add the bold, so I don't get too much heat for the beginning part.

I wonder what's up with Vlad. Hopefully the injury is not serious, because he brings a lot of firepower in the 2nd unit. Does anyone have news about his injury?

Bad-decision Kobe comes out forcing horrible shots, his teammates get discouraged, and the Bulls win in a blowout.

OR

Team-player Kobe comes out, plays efficiently on offense, shares the ball and the Lakers win in a blowout.

Who knows?
