u know what? i posted a topic for conversation in the LAKERS DRAFT page asking people what the LAKERS would NEED, not WANT.

THEY NEED:
BENCH DEPTH, MORE POWER AND AGGRESSITION, DEFENSE, HELP AT BLOCKING AND SCORING AND MOST OF ALL, EXPERIENCE!!!

FARMAR WILL BE NONE OF THESE IN THE FIRST 3 YEARS OF HIS LAKER CAREER. SO WHY DID THEY GET THIS GUY. IM NOT KNOCKING HIM. HE'D PROBABLY BE A GOOD ADDITION IN ANOTHER SYSTEM BUT HE'LL HAVE NO PART IN THE LAKE SHOW.

CAN SOMEONE CONVINCE ME THAT FARMAR WAS WORTH IT SO I CAN SHUT UP ALREADY!!!

I'm not sure. All I'm sure of it that the Lakers would NEVER get something handed to them like the Blazers were all last night.

Telfair for essentially Roy??? are you joking???
James White equaling 3 future 2nd round picks??????
Roy (who was picked at #5) for Foye (picked at #6) for NO COST!!?!?!
Sergio Rodriguez #27 pick for CASH????!?!?!!

UNBELIEVABLE

Ainge believes high on Telfair. I think it was for Pierce. Veteran > Rookie

Minnesota wanted to try make a deal with teams who wanted Roy, although they wanted Foye. Since no other teams wanted to trade for Roy, they just traded for Foye.

I think it was for two 2nd round pick.
