i dont know where this thread should go but...
2005 nba draft
10th pick-danny granger instead of andrew bynum
trade 35 and 37 picks to denver for 22 pick
take jarret jack with 22nd pick
2006 nba draft
26th pick-take alexander johnson instead of jordan farmar
lineup:
pg-jack/parker/williams
sg-bryant/vujaic/green
sf-odom/evans/walton
pf-granger/radmanovic/cook
c-brown/mihm/johnson
i could go back to the last 5 drafts where mitch has gone wrong, but im not going to. the fact is that everyone makes mistakes in the draft. 12 teams passed up on kobe. 30 teams passed on gilbert arenas. but the last two drafts were pretty cut and dry. take the nba ready players that are going to help you defensively. jack and granger could have stepped in right away. jack is absolutely the PERFECT fit for the tri pg. granger also gives us the all around game that we need at pf.
what are your thoughts on this? |

if vancouver grizzlies drafted right in the last 10 years they could have had
nash
carter
t-mac
swift
gasol
all on one team
don't bother with the what ifs...
many teams can talk about similiar situations... if they drafted"X" instead
sam bowie... michael jordan... _________________

| Why dwell on the past? A lot of things could have been different for many teams with different drafts. Look at the Clippers drafts of the past. Look at Detroit taking Darko. The Lakers weren't the only ones that past on Josh Howard that one draft. |

whatever dude.....all I said was that Id rather have Bynum and Farmar. I weighed what the topic poster said, I considered it, and I in turn offered my opinion. Just cause I dont agree doesnt mean Im contradicting. Damn you are annoying, Moderator. |

my rules are the rules of the page.
Do you think I lock a thread because someone posted it that I didn´t like? seriously my job is to lock a thread when I feel its not exactly needed.
Instead of thinking we have horrible or stupid rules, you might ask yourself why a thread got locked. You can always PM me and ask why it was locked and you´ll get an answer. _________________

Hint for not getting a topic locked: ORIGINALITY (or at least non-redundant). _________________ "Though my eyes could see, I still was was a blind man. Though my mind could think, I still was a mad man." -Kansas |

This is the first post of yours I recall reading, and a discussion about drafting Bynum vs Granger is not original. _________________ "Though my eyes could see, I still was was a blind man. Though my mind could think, I still was a mad man." -Kansas |
