For those of you who saw games in person only, please. Can you rank the following players in terms of defensive output during SPL? Any sort of rank would be good (A-F, ideally):
Farmar
Perkins
Bynum
Green
Pinnock
Slaughter
Fey
Douthit
Thanks, guys (and gals). _________________

1) Farmar - A- - Did a pretty good job considering that it was his responsibility to stop the man bringing the ball up the court. Sometimes guys would blow past him, but he was solid for the most part.
2) Bynum - B+ - His length bothered many people in the paint. Good defensive rebounding too. Still needs to work on just playing position D and instead of trying to block shots of guys way smaller than him.
3) Slaughter and Douthit - B - It wasn't so much their D as their all around hustle for loose balls and rebounds. Their man D was pretty good too. The defensive end needs guys like these if we forced missed shots.
4)Pinnock - B - Good job on D. Always trying and doing a good job staying in front of his man. I rate him behind Douthit and Slaughter because I think the loose balls and rebounds are more important.
Rest of team - Can't remember the rest. The first 4 guys I mentioned stood out on defense for me. _________________ Please Read the HDTV Media FAQ http://www.clublakers.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=51627

Based on the reports I've read, I'm guessing that Perkins, Pinnock, and Slaughter will be high on most lists. _________________

well considering that this is the SPL.. and not the NBA.. most of these guys will do a little better here than in the NBA...
but....
Farmar - A - coz he's a quick guy.. he can follow his man.
Bynum - B - he's getting better.
Green - B+ - wasnt bad at all.
Pinnock - B - cant complain..
Slaughter - B - he works hard.. pretty good.
Fey - ehh.. B- maybe -
