Simple? That's so much harder than it sounds. It'll take you ten minutes to burn off a coke. Let alone all the rest of the junk you consume in a day.
Here, I'm trying to get myself into this: http://www.crossfit.com/
Heard it works real well. Good luck. _________________ I drank a fifth of vodka, dare me to drive?

Pick up some hydroxycut advanced formula should run between 40-60 bucks depending on the capsule amount. Drink an buttload of water and run run run. Wear sweats and heavy clothing. And watch what you eat. Like others have said your caloric intake needs to be substantially less that what you burn daily. I recommend salads and protein shakes, non of this sugar crap from Jamba juice. In fact go to Jamba juice and get a couple shots of wheat grass, it tastes like crap but it gets your cells metabolizing better and faster. I'm not gonna lie, you are gonna have an upset stomach for about the first week and your not gonna feel totally comfortable for the entire duration. Basically each hydroxycut pill is equivalent to 3 cups of coffee, so you wont get hungry but will still maintain high energy. If you do this you will see results guaranteed. Again no sodas, no crap food no dessert. _________________

An honest question. Is this related to your girl trouble? Do you feel down on yourself and trying to change to make things better with her? _________________

Good for you, bro.
And I got your PM, it's done before you even sent it.
The most effective and natural way to lose that weight is to get your butt out on the track and run until you drop. And I'm talking about miles and miles, 5 at least, keep taking in the water though. Cut out all sodas. Eat lean chicken, small and many portions. Work the abs, you won't see any improvement in looks here but trust me, the musle in beneath it and will hold your stomach smaller, so makes you less hungry. And did I mention...run run run run run. The pounds will melt off.
Most people will do it the unnatural way, but you will put it back on faster than you lost it. You gotta run and up your metabolism, that is the key. |

Thanks Jimbo.....Yeah I see that running is key and cutting out Junk (sodas, Chips, Cookies etc)
so basically not eating junk, Drinking alot of water & Excersising (Running) will get the job done?

Well that's pretty much how it is. If it's too hard to burn em off eat lower calorie foods likes veggies.
And yeah crossfit is pretty awesome. It exercises every aspect you could imagine. It's pretty crazy that some people do it everday. _________________

Leave out the dressing and you should be ok. I've had salads from McDonalds and Carls JR. Not bad. _________________

Yup. Extended exercise and eating healthy is the way to go.
I want to add portion control is another aspect you should learn about.
Snack often (with healthy food) instead of eating a huge meal at one time. Also, many people cut their food portion in half. So if they get a chicken breast, they cut it in half. Eat the first half, and save the other half for a few hours later.
And do abs exercise, this will in effect shrink your stomach with the portion control...which is something that is going to be effective for the long term. You don't want to be yo-yo'ing with your weight. You won't be as hungry because you won't have a huge stomach wanting to process food all the time. This is the natural gastric bypass.
Your motiviation is the key, you gotta realize you have to put in the work. It's all up to you. Way too many people fail because they can't stop whining, my advise is to just shut up and do it. |

I agree, it helps to keep your mind off the activity. I listen to IPOD like all the time especially when I work out. Something about the music makes you wanna train harder. Like Rocky or something I don't know. _________________

The ab excersizes will increase muscle. To lose that belly will take cardio excersizes...well atleast that was what i have learned. _________________ TONY STARK WAS ABLE TO BUILD THIS IN A CAVE......WITH A BOX OF SCRAPS!!! - Obadiah Stane

Increase muscle while also cutting fat and toning the abdominals. Though a healthy supplement of cardio does speed up the process. _________________

Run.... a lot.... fast
If you just wanna look good I'd suggest getting some muscle. That means you gain weight though but you look better. But 2 weeks isn't enough. Do Push ups and abs for 2 weeks everyday and run, but 2 weeks is just a very short time |
