A. First don't try to bypass the swear filter.

B. Sorry didn't read the writeups becuase simply I never got them. I was subbing becucase the competition needed a third judge to get you guys through. However with that said I still took a good bit of time going through the teams and seeing how they would do in head to head matchups.

C. honestly I can't see a writeup that would have made that much of a difference in my judgement. When it was all said and done I don't think really think your team could compete offensively and it's bread and butter was D which is great but, against the greats doubt would have been enough. I mean both Zo and Wallace are undersized for instance plus not too mention zo from 00 was a shell of his former self by then and Charles is too undersized. Bird is good defender but, isn't the most athletic guy in the universe and that would hurt him. Bowen is also a good defender but, does nothing offensively. Sorry bro it was an overall good team just not quite good enough to make the top 8.

Shooter871
C - Alonzo Mourning (00's), Ben Wallace(00's)
PF - Charles Barkley (90's), Dave Cowens (70's)
SF - Larry Bird (80's), Bruce Bowen (90's)
SG - Ron Harper (80's), Adrian Dantley (70's)
PG - Lenny Wilkens (60's), Dave Bing (60's)

Biggest thing why I didnt vote your team in the top eight. CHEMISTRY. Do you actually believe Barkley and Bird can exist in the frontcourt? Their horrendous defense will get Mourning in foul trouble.. so what do you replace them? Bowen for Bird? That quick drop in talent will kill any teams. Zo gets in foul trouble so you replace him with a 6-7 center? Picture KAJ skyhooking over Wallace. Prime Shaq vs Prime Wallace? NO CONTEST. Wilt? Hakeem? Malone? Big Ben would become Little Ben and "For Whom The Bells Toll" becomes a muted Toll. Also you have Ron Harper as your starting SG? Harper is terrific, but in an all time game? Wilkens at PG and replaced by Bing.. all you did was get weaker defensively and a shoot first back up PG. I can keep going on and on and how fundamentally bad the makeup of your team is but it would take me all day of typing. Just no Chemistry, No Identity. You started with Bird and man I wished you could have built a team around a talent like him.. but as the case may be. NO SOUP FOR YOU.

The era in which you picked a player does not matter.

They are assumed to be in their prime regardless of when they were selected.

I had you in my top 8. I think in the end offensively your team was great and scary but, man defensively you would have gotten eaten alive which is probaly why you didn't quite make it.

Just from that it shows you arent suitable to be a judge, if you knew anything about the rules of this league the main guideline was that it doesnt matter what era we chose cause they no matter what are considered in their prime.

I actually didn't notice the 00 for Zo to after i made my decision so I did measure him as in prime but nice try though.. man10 Not to mention you didn't even make the top 8 in the other two judges votes as well. Just accept it and move on.

Im not complaining to making it, Im just showing your not a addequate judge since you dont even know the main rule of the league. I can use smilies too, you are not a acceptable judge man10

lol..I just told you when I did the judging I judge in their prime I mention the 00 WAY after I had voted. When I was writing the response to your inital response I just happen to notice the 00 thing and made that comment.

Also seeing that I have been in one these before, watching b-ball for many years, done research on a good deal of the guys becuase I was in this before, read alot of the arguments use last time and how the guys were use in gameplans and flat out was asked when a third judge was hard to secure in the first place yeah I think that would make me adequate to be a judge.

I am sorry you have sour grapes about the expereince becuase these are pretty fun to do but, like I said even if I wasn't an adequate judge you didn't even make it in the other judges brackets as well. Just put this bad expereince in the past listen and learn why you didn't make it and use that to make a more competitive team next time.

Edit- If you or anyone else has probelms with how me or any of the judges vote keep it to PMs becuase this argueing is just de-railing the topic.

Going on from my previous comment, I know its a lot of work to judge these things, sorry If I was a bit brash, but people's opinion will differ. Thanks to the judges for the hard work and guys, need to relax, its only a fantasy game.

People need to settle down. Judges have made their choices, deal with them, and go on with the game.

Soy, you have a little less than one hour to send me your write-up.

I'll give you until 11:02 EST (8:02 PST) because our clocks might be slightly off. Honestly, if I don't get it by then, you forfeit. There has been plenty of time to do this and there is no reason to have a deadline if you don't enforce it.

Soy failed to provide a write-up, Coville wins automatically.

Judges, I'll send you everything you need by tomorrow. I'm about to go to bed. I'll let you know soon when I need the results by.

Thanks for the write-ups guys. It's been fun so far, and hopefully things will go smoothly until the very end. I appreciate the effort people have put in, and it's been a great experience.

Once it's all over can some one post the writeups? I'd like to see people's arguments for there teams and why they would win just for reference if I join another all time league.

I didn't open any of the write-ups besides Sky's and Perfecto's (by the far first two) until now. I was unaware that Maverick said in his PM to me that he couldn't do one due to an unfortunate family issue, so Massacre wins by default.

Tough way to lose, hard way to accept victory, and I think I speak for everyone when I say we hope everything is well for you Mav.

Judges: Everything is sent. You only have two match-ups to decide. Deadline is Friday at 8PM PST.

So 2nd Round Matchups are:

Coville vs. Massacre
Sky/Perfecto winner vs. L4l/KB8 winner

Man. I'm curious about the L4L, KB8 matchup. Very close talentwise.

Not defensively.. man12

And BTW, you guys think I should do NBA Standings for the playoffs, and not the 1 vs the lowest seed?

Update: There has been contact with all three judges and there is no reason why we shouldn't have the results on time.

Kobe has asked me to take over running this game. He will still play in the All-Era tournament but he won't be able to serve as commish. Kingsama has submitted his deciisions, we're waiting on Jamas and MIB, both have been contacted.
