We should target him he can score play d and can help while bynum is gone much more productive than lamar and gives you what jo gives you but at a cheaper price. We should send a package around odom but try to keep kwame because then we would have two major expirings off the books but just a thought.
Would a trade for him have a shot at happening |

I have expressed this idea two months ago and still think, that can be the best deal for the Lakers at this moment.
L.Odom and L.Walton are too inefectife and inconsistent. We need a serious pieces around Kobe and D.Fisher. A.Jamison still scores in double digits, plays defence and is very experienced . He definitely is a better player than Lamar. |

with the wiz beating the celt's two in a row, i doubt they would want to break it up. he's pretty untouchable for them. _________________ BYNUM BRIGAAADDEEEEE!!! |

| I would love Jamison, and even suggested trading for him before the season started. But he is in the last year of his contract, and with the way he is playing I am sure he will be looking for a long term high dollar extension. So I am not sure even if he was on the trading block, that we would try to get him. |

Jamison does not play good defense.
Anyways, they don't want to move him.
They need money to resign Gilbert next year, and Jamison's expiring is key to that plan. They have to give Gilbert a max contract. Lamar prevents that from happening without them going millions over the cap that they can't afford. They hope to resign Gil to the max, and then resign Jamison for about half of what he's making now. _________________ All-NBA Challenge: Garcia, perfect for the Sonics(7/22)

Agreed. Antawn Jamison is not only a good player, but a positive persona in the locker room. I think dealing Odom for a guard is off limits however. Doing so would leave a void in rebounding and an elimination of a huge big man presence for us. But a trade for Antawn would work. |

1. Offense isnīt our problem
2. Jamison doesnīt play any defense and isnīt efficient
