After the Back-to-back versus the GSW....this should be an easy game.

Well, here's an easy game... I hope.
We win with or without Gasol. _________________

Hopefully Kobe, Ronny, and Fish get the needed treatment today and are ready to go tomorrow night. _________________

Put them away early. I want to see Newble, DJ, and Coby in the 4th. _________________

Fish's injury isn't serious according to Dr. Phil (Jackson)
| Quote: |
LA Daily News: Jackson said he didn't believe Fisher's knee injury was serious.
"He's all right," Jackson said. "It's just a contusion." |

| With or without Pau, this should be a blowout win. I hope we build a big half time lead and never look back. Kobe and Lamar both deserve an easy game to rest their legs. |

Per the practice report, Phil says he's not. He's questionable for friday's game too. _________________

Hopefully the Lakers come to play FROM THE START! Should be an easy win, but you never know. Give Newble some PLAYING TIME! Go Lakers! |

| I hope this is a blow out so that we can get Newble accustomed to the triangle more and get him some playing time. |

probably just getting extra rest since we dont really need him. if the next two games were against top western teams, he would probably play |

| We need to take advantage of these sub-par teams thought especially during our home stretch. |

A good time for the starters to play 3 quarters and rest the 4th.

I say this is a trap game. We always struggle against Charlotte. _________________ “That was a trip. It felt great, though. I don’t got to worry about nobody poisoning my burger now. I can eat in peace.”

This. We win by 7-10 points in a game that is a lot closer than that margin indicates. |

Yeah man. The Lakers can't assume they are going to win this game. Charlotte has beaten them three out of the last four times they played. They gotta play hard the whole game. There is a very good possibility that both New Orleans and Phoenix will lose tonight so the Lakers gotta take care of business. No effing around. Blow them out and rest the starters in the fourth should be the plan. _________________ If we are all thinking alike, then nobody is thinking! |

I know its best if Kobe scores like 22 points and sits out the 4th quarter because the lakers are blowing out the Cats, but a small part of me thinks this would be a great opportunity for Kobe to go bananas and score like 70 (or 82? ) to put this MVP talk to bed!!! :0)
Go Lakers! |

Lakers 107 - Charlotte 99.
I think these next few games will be a bit tougher than most people think they'll be. The reduced rotation is forcing somewhat longer minutes. At this point of the season that's a bit rough. But you do what you have to.
If Wallace is playing tonight, this would be a good opportunity for Newble to get some minutes and see what he brings defensively. I think it's time to start utilizing him a bit more. _________________

As long as these guys play good defense for all 48 minutes. They will win these games easily.

I just hope Luke never draws the assignment of Matt Carroll. He likes to go off against us and Luke guarding him will ensure him 25+ points.
Maybe Ira and DJ will get off the bench tonight. _________________

I hope this isn't one of those trap games where we underestimate the opposition because I'm going to the game! _________________
