Great game by Moose last night. Chi Sox are a great offensive ball club and he pitchyed a great game.

Slowly but surely, the hitting is starting to come around.

Cashman has again fielded a suspect product on the floor...(sadly, as expected)

but I put the fork in the Yanks 3 years ago...so unless they have an overhaul get used to mediocrity... man8

We actually have a better record this season at this stage, than last season when we made the playoffs.
Plus, being one of the 4 best teams in the League every season is hardly mediocrity.

Cy Wang pitched a heck of a game yesterday. Took on Sabathia in cleveland and won a 1-0 game.
Wang should easily win 20 games this year

Yep..since the start of 2006, nobody in baseball has won more games. He spat the bit in the 2007 playoffs but he is looking like an Ace.

The bottom part of the rotation has been terrible so far this season.

Luckily, we still got Wang... (that didn't sound right)....

same ish, different day...

the yankees pitching has sucked for years now...and they have a lot of old lazy butt players...OVERHAUL is the only solution...they are just too damn stupid and extended gay-rod for 10 years...

10 more years of choking and disappointment...

I wanted them to let him walk...even for Xepa's .02 cent...but instead now we are stuck with him....

guys like Abreu, Giambi, Mussina, Damon and so on are all names that have played well at some point during their career but these guys aren't gonna get it done anymore...old, overpaid, lazy, injury prone

and no I'm not overreacting. I'm just saying the truth that yankee fans have ignored for years. this team sucks and it has absolutely NOTHING to do with this season. They have sucked for years.

Sure they have made the playoffs and its a pretty special accomplishment considering how tough it is...by suck I don't mean they are a bottom baseball team because they are not. But they aren't championship material, thats what I'm saying and thats pretty sad with a 200+ mio. payroll.

A good series win against a good Seattle team this weekend. Tomorrow we go for the sweep.

BTW, Abreu, Damon and Mussina are having good years so far. KB24, you have to relax my man.

Hughes is done for 2 months btw. Stress fracture on ribs.

Darrell Rasner pitched a heck of a game today. 3 game sweep of Seattle without Alex and Jorge is imprssive.

Maybe it wasn't a bad thing for Hughes to get hurt...

he sucked balls...

Rasner had a great game...actually it seems like everything we get from the bottom of our rotation is a steal and a gift...

so apparently the Yanks once again put themselves in a hole and have to fight all season just to get to the playoffs...with 200 mio. payroll...thats pathetic.

Torre being fired has not changed anything. Girardi doesn't have a magic wand to revive old overpaid players....

its a pitty...the front office sucks. they are not cheap by any means...but DUMB.

At first, I didn't have a problem with his celebrations, but he's overdoing it now.

Like I said this summer re: Hughes and Kennedy........you never know what to expect from young pitchers. The list of super pitching prospects flaming in the majors is too long to list.................For every Dwight Gooden, there's 20 Todd Van Poppels............

I myself am praying Dodger's super prospect Clayton Kershaw will be the real deal.............and not another Edwin Jackson.

Jackson has been awesome this season, btw.

Tough little stretch for the Yanks here but the schedule gets quite comfy for the next couple months, so we'll make a run soon.
Alex will be back by Tuesday also.

I know it's photoshop. I made it. Well, not technically. I asked someone to make it. It's just for satire.

Santana struggled in his first two years. Be patient with the Phranchise.

Hoping for our Ace, Wang, to put a big Win on the board today. Need to gain some ground since a couple AL East teams already lost today.

You dont rebuild when you have some of the greatest players of all time at their position on your team.

What Cashman is doing is introducing young players to the team while trying to stay competitive.
We have been awful this year and yet we are only 5 games out of a playoff spot.
