Seeing that trailer on the full sized movie screen when I saw Iron Man man4

A thing of beauty.

Here's a LA Times article with an interview with Eckhart, some interesting Two-Face news.

Wow, bootleg trailer and HD trailer are night and day. You can see all of the Joker's subtleties in his face, like when he says 'you look nervous' to Rachel and when he says 'here we ... go'. Just great, loved that we got to see scarecrow in that car and some of Harvey's burned face, FINALLY HD. mhihi

Yep, we don't need a love interest to drag down the movies (like Mary Jane bang )

Me too, but they can't really kill off the only major female in this series who's known Bruce all his life. Those 2 are meant to be together freak2 Unless if they introduced Catwoman ( doubt it because of Halle Berry's Catwoman film a few years back being fresh in people's minds, and JUST SAY NO to Poison Ivy!)

I'm not against the love interest in Bruce's life causing him problems myself. Just because she's a girl and Bruce cares for her doesn't make this Spider-Man, those movies have their own problems unrelated to love stories. To me a hero needs people he cares about and loves or else what is he fighting to protect, how can he identify real feelings with people if he has none? In the animated series Harvey and Bruce have a love triangle thing and it worked fine, I think it was Poison Ivy so it was a different story, but still, Bruce is a normal guy, he has relationships, no big deal to me.

OT request:

Dark knight was one of the trailers before Iron man.
The Happening was another
Indiana Jones was a third
what were the others?

If you had saw IRONMAN at the ArcLight (Hollywood), you would've had these trailers: Indiana Jones, The Incredible Hulk, The Love Guru (Mike Myers w/ mini me), and The Dark Knight (Trailer #3)

Ugh, freakin' gross. If that's real that's awesome because it's realistic in the sense that it's not Batman Forever laughable Two-Face. It's realistic in that a burn victim doesn't get ugly purple scrars, the face just gets burned away. Also, if that's real then this quote from Eckhart in an LA Times article from like yesterday definitely fits.

Quote:
Eckhart won't discuss that, but he did say that the wounds are structurally deeper than in the comics: "There are fans on the Internet who have done artist's versions of what they think it will look like, and I can tell you this: They're thinking small; Chris is going way farther than people think."

I'm not going to post the link to the article because it has a MAJOR spoiler that I wish I hadn't read, he says way too much in the interview. But here's a cool pic of Harvey by the Bat signal from the article.

I don't have a problem with having romantic relationships in the films. I just really don't like Rachel the character.

Yeah me either, but I think that has more to do with Katie Holmes portrayal of the character. One thing I like about Maggie Gyllenhal is that she's a good actress, so at least she can bring more to the role.

I'm kind of mixed right now with 2 face's appearance IF that image is real. I feel like if I saw that picture and it wasn't associated with Batman, I would have said it's just some dude who got burnt on one side. Nothing really screams out to me that he might have a jekyl and hyde complex. I think it's going to come down to Aaron Eckhart acting performance to bring the character to life at the end of the day. I'm not really familiar with his work, but i'm not that impressed from what i've seen in the trailers. It's too soon to tell anyway.

Key things in my opinion they should do to:

-The coin flip
-Have 2 face talk to himself a lot under his breath. i wouldn't even mind a whole scene where he's just battling himself mentally.
-Make sure Tommy Lee Jones has NO contact whatsoever with Aaron Eckhart throughout production lol

I doubt we're going to see much of 2 face either way, so all these things we're going to have to wait until the 3rd installment.

Agreed but the bat signal is something you can't just take out of the film. It's such an important element in the Batman world.

They've done a pretty good job so far from cutting out all the cheezyness like calling Batman;s ride the tumbler instead of the Batmobile, not giving a name to all his gadgets, getting rid of those damn nipples!, etc etc
