Unfortunately, I won't be around to watch Game 3. The Lakers might lose this game.....they are going to have to weather the storm by Utah in the first quarter where shots are going to be falling, that crowd will be going crazy and all that. Just keep it close and go in for the kill in the 4th. I really think the Lakers are gonna get one of these games out there. Calls will not go in the Lakers favor, so they are going to have to play through that. Pau needs more touches...when the 2nd unit is in there with him, they need to give him the ball. Maybe we win, maybe we don't...O hope we do. jam2

I'll stick with my original prediction:

W
W
L
W
W

We lose... I don't know if it's going to be close or not, but we'll take one in Utah. I believe it will be game 4. If it's game three, even better. That will ruin that little confidence they have left.

A part of me wants for Phil to mix the lineup for these next two games. One: to stop those damn offensive rebounds. Maybe get some twin towers lineup going there with DJ and Pau with a mix of Turiaf here and there...

And Two: surprise Deron with a different defensive look... perhaps put Sasha on him... even better, perhaps Ariza will finally be cleared to play! jam2

back to back sweeps would be really really sweet....

but Utah is as good as any team at home...well actually they are better than any team at home.

We should take one in Utah and close it out in 5.

Lakers have to do something to prevent Millsap from giving another Dwight Howard impersonation.

And I'd throw someone else other than Farmar at Deron. Fish did a very good job on him and then as soon as Ego Ears came in, Deron went to work and knew he could do whatever he wanted. Either put Sasha on him or Kobe on him.

Denver had a great home record too. The Jazz are better than Denver but not good enough to topple the MVP-led Lakers. I expect Vlad to have a strong game, he usually gets hot on the road.

Lakers Win 103-93

I say Phil starts Luke over Radman. Luke's sole tasks being to crash the boards, box out, and trying to stay in fron of AK to prevent his shot blocking. Lakers win by 6 due to a FT parade in a tight game.

99-98 Lakers. Fisher game winning shot and then a key defensive play by Mr. Kobe to seal the victory.

I hope those refs aren't brutal with us there, if anyone's watched Utah at home throughout the years, you know how many BS calls or non calls they get.

Jon Barry just guaranteed that we'll lose this game.

We don't need garbage like that as motivation, though. How many times did he even reach this point in the playoffs during his career? What would he know? man10

Never wish for a close game in the playoffs.

I sure hope Kobe and the Lakers heard his guarantee.

I am expecting Kobe to have a monster game and pretty much dominate the 4th quarter.. I am predicting 104-96 LAKERS running away with the W.

Pretty much watch out for Kobe in the first quarter & fourth. :)

Ya know Kobe smells blood I'm sure he wants to start getting ready for whoever comes out of the next series so I don't see this series going beyond 5 games..
