Lakers need to keep Odom on Okur, and Keep Gasol on Boozer, just make Gasol sag and make Boozer make those jumpshots. _________________ There are so many emotions at the end of the season, nobody likes to talk about it. Officiating Crew for Game 4: Eddie F. Rush, Joe DeRosa, Sean Corbin

Forecast: Good luck, Lakers. Though the Lakers have a great record when these officials have run our games this regular season, the stakes for tomorrow's game are huge and both DeRosa and Corbin are notorious for being homers, or refs who give the majority of the big calls to the home team. Especially Corbin, who was #2 in homer statistics throughout the regular season, DeRosa was #9. We have yet to see any of these 3 refs in the playoffs, so I'm sure we'll be in for a treat. If you thought the crew for Friday's game was bad, trust me, tomorrow's will be worse. Rush is the only ref of the three that I have not seen make many biased calls throughout the playoffs, and yes, I observe the refs vehemently.
Prediction: Lakers win a close one, but the refs certainly won't help us do it. If anything they'll keep the Jazz in it to the absolute end. _________________ I drank a fifth of vodka, dare me to drive?

Nice catch!
This game will be a classic in lakers history and should always be known as the "Mothers day massacre". No way we are losing tomorrow it's just not possible. _________________

Agreed.
Someone should email that picture to John Black PR of LA to give it to the team tomorrow. _________________

Wow this is the first time I have read a positive response from you..great job.
We have this...
First we have the best closer in the game. Second we are the most focused team in the play-offs now..Third the refs have already given the jazz their "game", they'll call it right down the middle this time which mean Gasol will dominate the midget boozer...
The jazz don't have that consistent go to guy needed in pressure situations..No boozer or deron are not those guy...
We keep it close in three quarters and pull away... _________________ fortuna favet fortibus |

Keep in mind the Lakers had 18 turnovers, were badly outrebounded, left Okur wide open in the first half and ONLY lost by 5. If they do better in those areas they will be fine.
Gasol please show up. _________________

Guys, I read something in the newspaper Friday that might affect the Jazz home court.
It said that on Sundays, Mormons are encouraged to not do any non-religious activities. Because of this, the owner of the Jazz said he will not be at the game and he won't even watch it or listen to it on the radio.
Any chances the crowd might not be as loud today because of this?
BTW, this will be the first Jazz home game on a Sunday in 7 years. _________________
