but it all KB24 fault for some poster on here

They were not chucking shots in ot while ignoring the frontline and fish who got us there in the 1st place...

Watch the actual game and not the boxscore

i did watch the actual game and you cant JUDGE A WHOLE GAME just on OT . KB24 had a bad OT but he still scored 33 points 10 rebound and 8 assists . where as Farmer and and Vlad 2 points for the whole game . so now did u watch the whole game of just the box scores . or just the bash KB bandwagon

Dude, the point of all this bashing as you term it is Kobe DID NOT run the offense in OT in a game we could have won if only he did not get away from what was working in the first place..

Judge a whole game? the game was lost In OT..

Do you know the meaning of the word "choke", dude?

We didnīt choke tonight. At all.

We managed to play a OT after being 10 points down, with our best player seriously injured and a ejected guy. And with our 25 FTs vs. their 45!! FTs

You DO choke in your reasoning instead.

Sorry Nak, but I gotta' agree 100% with this dude, if you can honestly tell me the refs had [Swearing is not permitted at Clublakers. You must edit this post prior to submitting.] nothing to do with this loss, that's just downright amazing. Anyone who truly watched this whole game, knows how absolutely beyond ridiculous the refs were today.

KB24 had a bad OT and he will rebound from it series still tie 2 and 2 . now the key is will Vlad and Farmer rebound in game 5 . 2 points from a starter and key bench player. and giveing up 123 points that all KB fault to right

I don't think taking Kobe out is the answer. Do that & PJ will be blame for taking out the MVP.

Phil is the head Coach. As the head coach you must have the testicles to make the decisions that can make or break you.

Kobe will come back and have a good game 5 but today just wasnt the time for Kobe to try and be Superman.

True. But I'm speaking for the fans here. You'll see 4 "Fire PJ now!" threads.

You aren't CL's PR guy. Speak YOUR mind.

I was saying how fans here will start threads like that. Kobe HAS to be in that point of the game.

Even though Lakers lost they have nothing to worry about, they were able to go into OT after they were down by 10.

I can see where you're coming from, but they have plenty to worry about. Their best player is injured. Badly.

We had a longer one?

I scanned through the pages and didn't see one, but I could have easily overlooked it.

Thats not an MVP game. Honestly, if your injured, dammit, Make adjustments to your game, dont just keep shooting long jumpers and expect to be bailed out by the refs. This has to be one of Kobe's horrible games in a while. He reminded me of the ball hog Kobe Bryant. Two of his teammates are hot, he is not, so he keeps shooting and takes his two teammates out of the game. Well DONE!

Agree on every word.

Worst performance since his 11-33 @ Houston. But then again, his teammates were deferring to him which wasn't making the situation any better...I expect him to be ready for Game 5 @ Staples.

I agree. This is really insane stuff here. I'm pretty bummed and appalled reading this thread.

I do not understand the Kobe hatred at all given the fact that this guy is our franchise player and our MVP, playing hurt for months now and so many here are just whining. It's pretty embarrassing to read actually.

This guy is the greatest warrior in the sport and knuckleheads are coming down on him saying he's the reason we lost today? Ridiculous. Not sure what game you were watching but other than Odom I saw everyone else disappear except Kobe down the stretch. Pau was non-existent during crunch time which disappointed me again. Sasha did all right but whatever. Fish had a nice block and a few shots. But Kobe made some great moves and the team as a whole did a hell of a job to get us to OT. Everyone played poorly in OT. No one ran the offense or moved when Kobe did have the ball.

Personally I was very impressed with the team fighting back against a lot of odds today and taking to OT. It was a big deal. The negativity here is putrid.

Go LAKERS!!! Jazz got the benefit of calls in both games in Utah. Time to bring it home and take the lead 3-2.

In game 2 we shot 43 FT's to their 16. Dont blame refs on this one. We went away from what got us back in the game. How is that the refs fault? I wouldnt calling it choking but I will say it was not smart basketball.

^ To some degree, definitely. Homecourt advantage offers you a little extra help from the referees from time to time, but I hadn't seen a game as badly officated as today's in a long time, that's for sure.

Again, you're missing the point. I would have not blame him if he was not injured and just miss shots but it was obvious that he was ailing...Lamar and Pau were having a good inside game but Kobe choose to chuck threes instead...Now do you understand where we are coming from?

This is the Playoffs, man...this is no time to show "Confidence" in players that are playing like crap......Farmar has been horrible for 3 months now.......Sasha needs to be the 1st Guard of the Bench....He should be the Back-up PG & SG....short up that Rotation, Phil.....

D.Fish is a 12 Year VET, You can not pick up 2 fouls, 3 minutes in to the game for the 2nd straight Game..c'mon, Fish, you're better then that......

11 miss FT's.....56% bang

The Lakers had 2 turnovers when we were down by 2 pts in the 3rd quarter,,i thought that was a momentum killer....

And Now Overtime....this is what i saw....

KB tried to take over the game at in the 1st couple plays & he couldn't do it.......

then he trusted his teammates...they didn't deliver in 2 straight plays....Gasol miss an open dunk..no one was near him...on the next play Sasha turn the ball over......

Jazz went up by 4 pts...KB made a basket to cut the jazz lead to 2-points.....with about 1:30 Left in the Game, the Lakers played great defense but Lamar couldn't get the Clutch Rebound (sound Familiar).....with 57 SEC Left in the Game...The Jazz ran the pick&roll & on that Play, Boozer should of been Called for a moving screen or an offensive foul b/c he used his hands to shoved D.Fish to the Ground...the refs didn't called it...D.Will pass the ball to AK47, he gets the Dunk and 1.......GAME OVER....

Kobe wasn't the main reason we lost....get off his (you know what)

And in the last 2minutes of OT when kobe miss those 2 out of 3 lay-ups the Jazz players stayed with the shooters (Fisher & Sasha) ..KB took what they gave him, he just miss 2 lay-ups b/c of his back.

9 time champions Phil Jackson said that the team defer to KB24 in the OT to much so i would tend to agree with a P.J also is seem that Farmer going to be deep on the bench real soon

If you know Phil that was a subtle dig at Kobe... He took 7 of the Lakers shots in OT iirc most of them bad...His teammates did not defer to him, he plainly ignored them.
