The blown dunk by Gasol and the blocked open layup attempt by Walton were huge turning points. I mean, come on! Walton's got a half court lead on the nearest Jazz defender (Price), and he decides it's a great time to catch the ball, take a dribble, and barely explode to the rim. I guess that lazy country-club layup style got yo azz rejected, Luke. Next time finish the play.

I see Kenny and Charles were top students in the School of Obvious.

the truth hurts, though obvious it may be. Kenny and Charles have more basketball knowledge in one neuron of their brain than the collective "wisdom" of all of us on here.

Great thread, definitely deserving

We don't have enough whining moaning and complaining on here today

And we sure don't have a thread dedicated just to whining moaning and complaining

i still don't know how the block on luke wasn't called a foul. the dude clubbed him in the back of the head in the motion of blocking the shot

You don't get calls when you get your junk rejected by the shortest player on the other team who was a full half-court behind on the play. Umm, did I mention that Walton decided to dribble it for some unexplainable reason and then use about 10% of his energy to jump a full 6 inches off the ground before getting his junk packed by Utah's Price???

It was a foul. The slow motion replay showed it clearly. We're not gonna get that call in Utah though. However, I did not appreciate the announcer crowing "All ball!" man2

If luke is going to get chumped like that, he doesn't deserve a foul call

I thought he got smacked in the head too

But that no call was like a punishment/reward for each player

WAIT A MINUTE! I think Charles just mentioned it again. Yep, Utah's shortest player makes up a full-half court deficit, coming back to reject a dunk, actually half-assed layup attempt,. Dear god NO! It just made the freaking Flight of the Night TNT play usually reserved for dunks. Yay! Way to go Luke!

Agreed. Luke didn't deserve to go to the line after that bullsh. Luke has some serious brain farts in the game sometimes and that was a big one right there. Wow!
