Officials for Game 5: Steve Javie, Bob Delaney, Tom Washington

Forecast: I know most of you cringe and get mad when you see the name or the face of Steve Javie officiating one of the Lakers games, however, you really don't need to. This guy is a great ref. I know, I know, he's really hurt us in the past with unnecessary techincals and bad calls. But I seriously doubt any of that will happen tomorrow night. He is an unbiased ref, and that's what you gotta love about him. I also know you guys have disdain towards Bob Delaney. Well, good news is, the guy is a homer ref. I love it when he refs in LA. We're 2-0 with him in LA, and it's gonna keep getting better. The ref I'm most excited about? Tom Washington. Over the regular season he was #4 in homer standings. I really expect a good game from these refs.
Prediction: Lakers win a close one, and the refs certainly don't hurt either. They may not give more calls to LA than they do Utah, but they will watch Utah's physicality and cheap shots - as most refs do in LA. These are great refs. Thus, the Lakers must prove they can adjust and I expect them to. _________________ I drank a fifth of vodka, dare me to drive?

I want early fouls on Okur.

Im hoping for a blowout. Gonna be tough though, but it would give us alot of momentum going into Game 6. _________________

| ^ Definitely agree. A blowout by us would be the best thing, plus we as fans have had to endure too much suffering lately & nerve-racking/stressful situations. |

Javie is officiating tonight!?
How long until his hatred for Phil starts spewing out again? My guess is at the 9 minute marker in the 1st _________________

Gotta be 3 keys to tonights game.
Odum has got to get 15 and 15. He had a good game 4 but 5-10 from the line isn't gonna cut it.
Fish has to stay on the floor and shoot effeciently. He goes 7 or 8 for 10 again and scores 20 and we win.
Vuyacich must play well during his minutes. If Kobe has a problem or can't go or whatever Sasha has to come in blazing. _________________ Kings 16-30 free throws game 7.......AT HOME..lol |

I wish Javie was our ref in Utah. He doesn't let classless fans affect him. _________________

I got a bottle of wine and a bottle of greygoose. I'll be drinking the wine to calm my nerves during the game and if they lose I'll be drinking the greygoose afterwards.
Time for the bench to step up after basically being 0 for Utah.
LET'S GO LAKERS!!!!! |

Since Phil called Vlad out by implying he might start Ariza in his place, I am hoping that wakes Vlad up and he sinks about 6 3 point bombs tonight. _________________ If we are all thinking alike, then nobody is thinking! |
