just decided im not going to take a final for my business economics class...
the final is at the other campus location atleast 20 minutes away.
i told the teacher i couldnt make it and he was a complete dick about it.

I'm probably going to fail if I do take the final. The class is online and the teacher has been non-existent. I don't need the class, I took it because it looked interesting. I'm not really following any academic outlines so I just took classes I thought I would be able to use. After this class I decided that I don't want to finish it.

You should take the final. The difference between a D and a F is huge.

I won't get a D though. you don't understand, I do not have the book, I'm not even sure if there was a book.
He gave us 18 quizzes to have finished by today. That was it. No homework, notes, study sheets, anything.
I've come to realize sometimes there are going to be things that you need to decide if you want to do it or not, it's my choice and I don't want to do it. I'm not going to let the prospect of this dumb CC make me do something I don't want.

Right now I have a 60%.
I took online classes because my job is far more important that these classes right now. I've got a GOOD future with this company. A great one.
My family needs the extra help right now too.

I'm not sure. I mean right now I'm going to the CC up here, I'm not in any position to transfer in two years. I don't really have plans to right now. I don't see the rush in it either, why should I do all the classes right now and then transferring. I mean I see how some people would feel the need to do that, but I don't. I've got enough going on right now that I have to do here at home with my family. I've got to help them get into a house before I worry about anything else.
I can always go back if I decide to and get a higher education.

So I take my laundry in to the cleaners across the street, where I just drop it off, and get it back nice and folded in a plastic bag. Its a little pricey, but the convienence is well worth. I drop it off I pick it up, fluff and fold, the only way to go.
So about 3 weeks ago I picked up a particularly big load, and they gave me one bag back, which I thought odd, cause I was expecting 2. But the price was what I figured so I was like "hmmm they mustve jut folded tight and crammed". Then I got home and noticed I was missing some very important things, namely:
-the black airjordan shorts I play in 90% of the time
-2 other pairs of bball shorts I wear a lot
-2 pairs of compression underwear (nikepro and underarmour)
-my brown kobe label nike bball shorts
-most importantly my FREAKING OFFICIAL AUTHENTIC UNIFORM LAKERS PURPLE AND GOLD SHORTS. $120 for these babies and I raaarely wear them. It was the first time I even washed them
I first noticed anything was missing because my lakers shorts weren't in the load. I was IRATE!
I checked back a few times with no luck
Well I went back today, and GREAT SUCCESS!!!
When I saw what was in that bag I was amazed. A bunch of my v neck white and black t's (which I also wear to ball in) and like 10 pairs of athletic shorts, including the ones I mentioned. I've been maintaining just because I have a lot of clothes, but I can't believe like the top shelf status of these things in this bag. These are some of my most favorite athletic gear. I wouldve traded everything else in the bag just for my Lakers shorts, but I got them ALL back today!

One down, 2 to go.
Teacher from my Desktop & Internet publishing class just emailed me, I got a B for my final grade, which I will take. I took the class more for the internet publishing, but it was really basic and vague.
For our final project, she wanted us to do any project we chose from the Microsoft Publisher program, and put about 6 hours of effort into it. I did mine in 45 minutes and got a 39 / 40 on it.
I made a 5 page Lakers Fan Site and a Flyer to go along with it....she loved it.
