| I think we should sit Gasol and put Kwame in, and we will see. |

This level of "x is better than y," "m makes n better than n makes m," "z is the true 2nd option, no r is the true 2nd option" is beyond ridiculous.
WHO CARES, WE DON'T SUCK ANYMORE, WE GOT OPTION(S)!
Three big guns that absolutely make the game easier for one another. Flexibility in both creating and taking advantage of mismatches. The ability to attack defensive strategies and/or weaknesses in a myriad of ways.
It's not about LO or Pau or Kobe, it's about LO "and" Pau "and" Kobe.
Praise all around. More important, praise the lord, we don't suck anymore. _________________ B. Diddy on Drew: "That boy's gonna be a beast.'' |

Haha that just gave me a great sign idea.
"WE DON'T SUCK ANYMORE!"
Someone make a sign for our next home game (which will be in the WCF). _________________

That's why I asked the question: why does it matter to him if he's not directly connected to Odom?
Because the only thing that really matters is that our team is playing well, and we're getting good production from our main guys, and most of the time from bench players as well. Great even. No one is diminishing Lamar's role at all. Or Gasol's, or Kobe's. They are all playing well. Some games are obviously better than the others, but that's to be expected.
Who cares if Odom is playing well because Pau is here? The only thing that matters is that he is playing well. |

B-scott= Insecure.
And you say you are all about the team? If you were all about the team then you wouldn't care who produced, so long as they produced. You however don't. You have been exposed as being a Lamar Odom 1 fan. I can't believe you had the nerves to call people Kobe 1st fans in the offseason. _________________ Proud Member of Team Farmar |

| They both complement each other very well. Also, the Lamar that we're seeing this post-season is no surprise. He always steps it up in the playoffs ten-folds. |

| What was with the constant agenda to prove Lamar is the best player to play in a Laker uniform? Why does he need sole credit? Stop making excuses for why he was playing bad in the past and be happy he is playing well now. Jesus. |

And I think that's the secret of the great chemistry this team have.

Just maybe it has to do with Kwame Brown just being that bad. It's hard for any PF to look great with Kwame as his center, unless your Duncan or KG level.
If you look over the last 2 years, Lamar has always played well 2nd half of the season and in the playoffs.
Honestly, Lamar creates more high percentage shots for Gasol, then Gasol does for Lamar. When was the last time Gasol scored on his own with Okur guarding him. He has a hard time scoring on Okur 1 on 1 without Lamar or Kobe getting him a layup.
Lamar has proven he can score on his own (without assistance) and without the ball, while Gasol against physical defenders like Okur needs Kobe and Lamar to set him up for layups and dunks. |
If anything hes not getting enough credit, because without Pau Lamar is pretty much garbage. The only thing he does well on a consistent basis is REBOUND.
With Kobe and Pau he can roam and cut with little or no one guarding him. |
This is why i started this post because of reading comment like this.
So basically
James Worthy without Kareem and Magic is garbage
Kevin McHale without Bird and Parish is garbage
Carlos Boozer without Mehmet Okur and Deron is garbage
Let me ask you a question?
When was the last time Gasol scored on his own with Okur guarding him?
Gasol is the one getting more high percentage buckets from Lamar and Kobe. Lamar has created his own shot more then Gasol has this series. |
Wow did you just put Boozer on the same level as Worthy and McHale?
Actually you watch the last game he scored quite a few times with someone on him. |

Let me ask you a question? Are you a relative of Kobe Bryant. I ask this because if anyone is ever negative about him, they are considered a troll. Perfect example is... |
I will gladly answer your question once you answer all my questions. Because I asked them first.
I simply did not understand why would you care about Lamar, Kobe, Pau or anyone else so much (except if you know these guys personally) to invest so much energy into pushing the agenda over and over again. _________________

In the final minute of the last game. Twice.

To be fair, I don't think I've heard people saying Pau is necessarily making Lamar better.
People just remark that since Pau joined the Lakers, Lamar is doing very well. Most often they say it's because he's comfortable as the third wheel instead of a #2. _________________

Not really. Gasol has just liberated Odom and taken so much weight off his shoulders.
A 10/10/7 game these days is greatly appreciated, where as before he was piled on for not scoring more.
Maybe, just myabe. Odom is fully 100% healthy from a physical and emotional standpoint for the 1st time in years.
I still need to see him hit the mid range j...but he is really proving himself. _________________
