Sweet... we just won?! Maybe McCain should put up his own "Mission Accomplished" sign on an aircraft carrier and fly in for a photo op.

That's MAYBE arguable in terms of the "surge" recently.The overall strategy and the past 5+ years has been a failure...

Yea, he can get shot down and captured again too! That way he'll be REALLY qualified to be president.

Probably never...John McCain did say he would continue the war for another 100 years if he had to.

Well, they say the "surge" is over.
But if you look at troop numbers, before the surge we had 137,000 troops there. They say all soldiers involved in the "surge" have returned but there are still 150,000 troops there. Must be some of that fuzzy math.
This tactic was rightfully called an escalation of the war when it began and it should still rightfully be called that.
