babcock is desperate is what i gathered from that article. No team in their right mind would want to trade for that salary especially with the possibility of Rose eventually being cut. Either Rose lives out his career in TOR or he gets cut.

If they want a youth movement and want to move his contract, then there is no way they take on Grant's contract, which i the only piece we could move to match Rose's salary, unless we are willing to give up 3 or 4 guys, including Mihm for him.

A trade seems very unlikely, but hopefully the can waive him, or trade him to a team that waives him.

We'll be waiting by the waiver wire, Rose and we will take you up on that offer for playing free in LA! man1

say we do get rose...is he gonna be comin off the bench or startin point guard. i always thought he was a 2 and never saw him play point. I rather have AD cuz he got d, jalen is just a shooter and passer. And i dont think kobe will like sharin the the spotlite in the backcourt with another big name. no offense to kobe or anythin...that guy rocks jam2

If Rose gets released, we should do everything in our power to get him. I seriously don't want to see Lue or Sasha starting the point next season.

Rose is the best upgrade we can get at PG, and remember he's still getting paid by Toronto anyway. Someone give him is own reality show here or a hit movie with Denzel Washington. Anything!
