Here's The List Of Amnesty Victims Left

Ron Mercer - Nets

Troy Bell - Grizzlies

Clarence Weatherspoon - Rockets

Derrick Coleman - Pistons

Word from the Laker front office is that we aren't signing any more free agents, but anyone else think that at this point, we should at least consider Bell, Booth, and Coleman?

Thats not Troy Mercer...
...Thats Ron Bell!

and forget these Free-Agents, I would rather try our hand with walk-ons and such.
and there is something going on (as in trade), there has to be... my heart cant take it anymore!
only free-agent i would look in to would be Spree...
Dont love it...but dont hate it either.

Actually Derrick Coleman would help this team, he's a undersized, but like Lorenzen Wright, he's a power forward who's been playing center all his career and is most effective doing so. Not to mention he could be that veteran that Phil is looking for.

For like half the season. He was benched most the season and if I'm not corrected he was injured and released right?

For whoever has been paying attention to the Bucks recently, can Calvin Booth still play. Is he still a good defender and gritty rebounder, and is he still marginally athletic. If so, i'd pick him up in a HEARTBEAT as our backup C for the LLE or vets minimum

Kwame/Wright
Mihm/Booth

Wouldn't be bad, if we can trade for Wright, and Booth is still what he was 2 years ago

anyone of those players other than weatherspoon would be a solid addition imo...mercer and bell have capabilities to be tri initiators, and an extra big man in a lineup starting mihm and kwame is never bad

Booth is with the wizards now..

Coleman... can be worse then vlade was last year for us (i know he didnt play, just speaking in general)

Mercer is the most appealing player in this list IMO.

Well, Booth just bolted to Washington. Maybe Mitch has something up his sleeve. If not, I'm okay with waiting 2 years for this team to be major contenders again. I put all my faith and trust in Buss and Kupchak. Not to mention the Lakers themselves.
