KOBE on Ebay

Postby Jordan-esque on Tue Jan 24, 2006 12:56 pm

I don't know but yesterday morning, there were only about 35 items that were selling on eBay that had something to do with Kobe's 81 point performance... just this morning, the following day, there are now 178 items listed for sale with Kobe's 81 points!

From shoes, to cards, to ticket stubs, to DVD's, to even self produced T-shirts... oh and a jar of 81 points too.

By tomorrow it'll probably be around 300!

lol, I told my dad to pick up a bunch of copies but most places sold out. He finally found some at a coffee shop (5) but I'm not selling them.

I got the LA Times and Daily News on ebay for $10 since I'm in Connecticut. I'm also trying to get a few tickets to save and one to frame along with the box score. The prices on the tickets are getting a little crazy though. I just left LA last week and now Kobe goes off like this after I go to the Heat and Cavs games. Hopefully he'll go off again on Tuesday at MSG cause I'm gonna be there.

Another funny thing...I tried to get tickets to see Kobe on Quite Frankly this Monday, but they said due to high demand they don't have any tickets available. However they said I could go to the show the next day to see Kareem Abdul Jabbar and the next day to see Jason Kidd or any other day for that matter. It's nice to see how popular Kobe is and so many people want to see him. I guess the show usually has a hard time getting people to go since they give every audience memeber all this ESPN stuff just for going to the show.

Found one LA times from ebay, starting bid is $17.99 or buy it now for $24.99.

And shipping is only $4.95.

I hope on one will steal any newspaper from library.
