How is Portland ahead of the Lakers? They've been even worse on the road than us, and our record is better.
The clippers should be ahead of the Mavs, people don't like to admit it, but the clippers will be a very tough playoff team.
OKC should be N°2, not the bulls. While the bull's defense is better than OKC's, but OKC's offense is much better than the bull's.
The mavs should be ahead of the sixers
Orlando's record may be better, but come playoff time I expect the lakers to do better than them.
Denver should be higher.
"The first time I ever saw my uniform hanging in the locker I put it on right away, and it just felt like I was putting on golden armour. From that day forward, I just called it 'the golden armour', it just felt like there was something mystical and magical about it" - Kobe Bryant.

My ratings are all statistically based. There is no subjective input. You might not like them. You might not agree with them, but my preferences don't affect the ratings at all. I'll try to explain some of the rankings though:

Dallas is statistically a better team than the Clippers, and the Mavs have really turned around their season after a poor start.

Portland is a much better team than their record shows...and it's that sort of team that tends to have success in the long run. They have a top 8 offense AND defense. The Lakers have neither statistically.
