All These Cali Guys Are Going Off On The Lakers

It's always them putting on a show against their home state team. It isn't just against the other California teams that gives the most effort against the Lakers. Like the Sacramento King scrub team. Even guys that used to play for the Warriors, Clips and Kings go crazy. It's also the players from Cali. Even the ones you've never heard of. It's either a game winner, hitting the big shot, clutch play or it's just their night going off on the Lakers.

Look at the list of those guys that went off on the Lakers already this year.

You can make a similar list for just about every team in the league. In fact, for many of the players you listed, their performance against us wasn't even their best one of the season.

Who can forget Jeremy Lin and his last year's weak Knicks destroy the Lakers. That game put Lin on the map.

Let's face it the Lakers logo is like waving a red blanket in front of a bull. Just the fact the team is going to play the Lakers brings out their best game when they see the logo. When there is extreme talent a team needs to respond with extreme talent. Such has been Lakers saga. Lakers responded with only half talent last night.

It just appears that they bring their best game against us because we are not watching them play against other teams.
