and the reason you don't agree with my posts is because I mostly only post when I disagree with something that is usually popular opinion. Like when I said Dwight is better than Kobe. I mean I can come on here and say things like "damn, Kobe is playing very efficiently", and I'm sure you'd start agreeing with more of my posts lol. But what's the point of a forum anyway, if everyone is agreeing?

I suppose that's why you disagree with most of my posts. At least that's my best guess lol.

Jamison should be benched. He's basically done.

I still think Jamison can be effective, but he needs to play the 4.

My question is -- are we even looking to get him involved in the game?

When have we run a play for him? When have we even given it to him to go iso?

How is he supposed to get into a rhythm when he only plays in 6 minute stretches and isn't getting touches?

Jamison is supposed to create mismatches because he's a stretch 4. If you don't even play him at that position then just don't bother playing him at all. There's no point.

I haven't seen us give him a chance to do his thing. Not once. It's as much a waste as having Hill on the bench right now. Give the man a damn chance.

Jamison needs to post up and little more and create for our shooters. But Mike Brown is too busy doing nothing else.

I wouldnt mind having him start and giving gasol manu type bench player role...

Jamison is just stealing minutes from a better player sitting on the bench.

When he's playing at the 3, it would be Ebanks.

When he's playing at the 4, it would be either Hill or Sacre. Yes, both are better than Jamison.

I don't blame Jamison at all. He is not the only one who have no idea what is happening in the game.

Again, Jamison needs to play the 4, stretch the floor for Dwight, let Pau rest, and he needs "green light" to shoot the ball. He can even create his own shot. Although it looks goofy, it usually works.

How can he not be? Honest question.

I agree with the first couple of posts, it's not like he was put in positions to succeed and fell short.
Brown's inconsistent rotations + a complex offense that hasn't yet been really picked up + playing with 3-4 other bench players who can't create and don't really draw defensive attention + not having plays called for him = really difficult to produce.

Having said that, I do worry a bit about Jamison, but on the defensive end. It's been said before and I think it's true: he's too slow to guard 3s and many times too light/small to guard 4s.
But we all knew this, and hoped that he'd compensate it with offensive production -> which is why it's increasingly important to put him in positions to succeed and help the team (That's mostly on you, Brown.)

Nothing, not one play, from Jamison has shown me that he'll be the factor off the bench that we thought he would.

Isn't Jeffries supposed to be a good defensive player though? I know he's not a good offensive player (lol), and I always thought the reason he got minutes was he hustled and played D.

He's tougher physically and a better defender than Jamison, and he has a better mid range shot than HIll. Why would he not work at the four?

He's just lost in Princeton. UNC isn't really known for the brightest bulbs in the light store.

Because he's insanely slow. We've seen Pau get blown by because he's not quick enough. I like Sacre a lot, but quick is not how I would describe him.

If Jamison could be a true stretch 4 and knock down 3s at a high percentage he would actually be kind of useful. The problem is that he can't contribute anything offensively right now and is so bad defensively that he's a complete net negative out there. I said this guy was garbage before we even signed him, but thankfully they didn't overpay him even though some people here actually thought he was worth more than the vet min

I liked what I saw in Jamison the last game. He actually went for rebounds and loose balls. Hopefully he can get that 3 point stroke back, because they all seemed kinda flat.

If its not working for him at the 3 why not put him at the 4? Is Brown that inflexible?

The 3 spot is the biggest (and probably only, at this point) issue I have against MB right now. The bench isn't full of scrubs who can't produce. Apart from Ebanks, they're all proven at their position. C'mon now..
