He would be a much needed asset. Coming off the bench would really suit him & he would be getting more open looks then he was in Cleveland. I think his FG% would go up and he would be able to stretch the defense allowing more spacing. Actually, Grant and him are both decent from that range. We need shooters.

Guess you didn't read the tweet. Cleveland doesn't want any players. They want draft picks, a TPE, etc.

Well the Cavs have no say, Jamison's a FA. If he wants to come here and contend for a title we can sign him for the vet min, maybe the mini-MLE if the FO is willing to spend.

I'm almost positive it's the Dwight Howard crap holding everything up. Both on our end and the Nets' end. If nothing resolves soon, I see him going home for sure.

I gotta imagine the nets and lakers both offering the vet minimum and maybe the bobcats offering the MLE or something to even be considered.

With that said I think he comes to LA. Sunshine, contender or 7 game win season rebuild team? I think the "playing for the hometown team" factor may be overblown. Only thing he would care about is play for a championship at 1.3 mil or lose 70 games for 5 mil

Apparently he was rumored to be a part of the sign and trade to the Nets for Howard when the Cavs were rumored to be doing that for the Nets.

Jamison was very excited when he got sent to Cleveland because he thought he was going to have a chance at a championship. Then bam, LeBron left.

He wants a championship and obviously Charlotte is far from that. I don't think Brooklyn is that close either.

It comes down to the Lakers. :jam2:
