Yes, I am. Until he proves otherwise he will never get a "D" in front of his name from me, it's the only way I have to protest this hiring, keeps me sane.

His defense is more offense, so replace that D with another O... it ends up being Mike Antonio. :man11:

The guy is a quality player, he needs to play. Mike misused him as a 3 in those limited minutes. That was horrible. You get a 17/6/2 stretch 4 (albeit inefficient) and turn him into a 4/4 scrub. Ouch.

I actually like the lineup they had out there at the end of the game with Jamison playing along side the starters...except that MWP needs to GTFO on offensive positions and let Nash do his things.

Did not have a great game statistically, as usual, but he did hit a big 3 late in the game. That was at least nice to see, it was his biggest shot as a Laker yet, Kobe found him with a nice pass, and he knocked it down. it was great in the moment.

even though i think jamison should be at the 4, i could tolerate him spending a few minutes with kobe, gasol, and dwight. hopefully with that lineup, he'll be able to shoot himself into a rhythm.

he looked better today. that post move was awesome. i think we need to incorporate more of that into the offense. obviously theyre just playing pick up games right now but hopefully when dantoni is there hell do something for him

i can see that. hes starting to look better very slowly since brown left and were playing a more traditional offense so i think he'll get more buckets especially if duhon is running the 2nd unit which he should over blake and morris

He's also actually played a lil better than expected (based on other's reputation) on defense.

kind of sucks to watch rashard lewis not miss at all in miami, scoring 8ppg shooting 57% from 3 while we chose jamison who's averaging a whopping 4ppg shooting 20% from 3

and they are playing the same amount of minutes. SOB

He needs to go back to playing the PF position; that's where he's going to have his success. Additionally, he's setting for too many three point attempts. I would like to see something run for him with the 2nd unit; he needs to get easier looks. I believe he'll be fine, though...

While Brown did play him out of position, I don't know how much of the dropoff you can really lay at Brown's doorstep.

Some of his gaudy numbers from last year are the product of being the featured player on a horrible team. I'm not sure you are seeing anything worse in terms of efficiency right now.

Sure, I don't expect him to be a 17/8 player right now on this Lakers team.

But I sure as hell don't expect him to be a 4/3 player either. A 10/6 would be nice.
