The guy understand what he needs to do and I love him on our team. The constant professional.

give some of that mindset to Gasol

To be fair... I think Gasol is a total team player. He makes the extra pass and he is willing to do whatever the team wants him to do. It's not about him.

I think his biggest problem is that he just can't produce right now in the role that we need him to produce in. He's going to have to figure it out.

talking bout the defense/rebounding part, not the scoring

Yes, I know. I'm saying Pau has always had that mindset. His problem isn't his mindset. It's the fact he is literally incapable of producing what his mind sets out to do. I think the guy is just burned out.

I am salivating at how good this team is going to be, once we get a healthy Steve Nash back on the floor. The offense is looking good under Mike D'Antoni. Since he knows Steve's game so well, and how best to use him. I really think Pau's confidence and game are going to improve massively once Nash gets back!

He is starting to exceed what we even signed him for. I mean we knew he could score and such, but I think his defense has not been that bad. He is also VERY active on the boards. Sure he was always a pretty solid rebounder, but man he seems like he can get a double double with ease right now off the bench!

We got him for the minimum...and that's what really makes this move great. I can't wait until Nash returns. Jamison is great at making cuts and moving to open areas of the floor. He's going to excel with Nash.

I'm glad he's getting the starting nod tonight. Although, I would have liked to see it when Nash was PG, though. Unfortunately, that's not the case. Nevertheless, he's going to stretch the floor, cut & move without the ball, and can finish around the rim.

Defensively, he's going to be a liability. He's just as bad if not worse then Gasol in help defense. Case in point was the Orlando game; he was awful when Orlando went and scored on 12 straight possessions. I hope his effort is there tonight and really gives it is all on that end.

If the defense becomes an issue MDA will be forced to play Hill who should help defensively.

I think defensively against Patterson, it's a better match up for Jamison. Jamison struggles against mobile PF's that are stronger than him...aka Glen Davis, who has notoriously killed us regardless of who's guarding him. I think we'll see a much better effort from Jamison tonight simply because the guy he's guarding isn't a post up, take you off the dribble kind of guy. He can hit jumpers and 3s so his game is more like Jamison's if anything.

Jamison has to play big tonight on both ends. Hill should give him necessary rest as well as Clark and maybe even Ebanks if theyre playing small.

Watch we start winning w/o Pau. That would be weird.

Well when you have Kobe and Dwight on the same team you'll always have a chance.

I don't think it would be the least bit surprising, honestly.

Two superstars, two former all-stars in our starting lineup even with Pau out. We SHOULD be winning, and now our personnel better matches the system we're running.

The funny thing is that I added Jamison on my fantasy team the night before Pau announced to be out.

Jamison's scoring and rebounding well.

His D's not atrocious. It depends what you're asking him to do. He does very well against smaller players.

Jamison had a good offensive game. He is a horrible team defender, though. Overall, I think we're going to get some decent production on the offensive end since he is playing 4 right now. Defensively, he does give effort which is all you can ask for...

Jamison would make up for his poor defensive rotations with offense. Wait, it can't happen unless Kobe passes him the ball.

Great game. Just wish he actually was given the ball in the entire 2nd half. He was shooting like 60% and 75% from 3 and Kobe didnt pass to him once in the 2nd half.

I really thought he could have gone for a ton of points and really helped out in the 4th but he just was never passed to for some reason. he was on tonight, sucks maybe it could have made a difference down the stretch
