Other teams have exceptions to offer Jamison, but he wants to play for a contender. Will only take minimum for Lakers, no one else.
Hell. Yes. I like him already.

Yeah I could definitely see us beating them. We nearly beat OKC without Jamison and Nash. Add those two guys and we're the best team in the West imo. Our bigs would give Miami's undersized frontline fits.
We didn't nearly beat OKC, people need to stop saying this it's such a loser's mentality. This is the kind of crap all those teams we beat during the repeat probably said.
? Both Game 2 and Game 4 went down to the wire, and we actually had both games in the bag before choking up and turning over the ball / missing shots / letting OKC score.. We could've very realistically been up 3-1 going to game 5.
You say that about nearly every series.

Its like Dr. Buss is guarding the Celtic rim this second half. Nothings dropping

I edited my post. I meant to say" You can say that about nearly every series".
Most games come down to the wire in the playoffs. There are hardly any blowout wins.

Meanwhile, last year we were paying:
Luke Walton $5.7M - gave us 12 points, 14 boards
Kapono $1.2m - gave us 54 points, 14 boards
Murphy $1.3m - gave us 188 points, 191 boards
McRoberts $3m - gave us 138 points, 171 boards
That's $11.2m spent on 392 points and 390 boards
Nice move, Mitch.

Antawn Jamison on a one-year, vet minimum deal is a steal for L.A. Low-risk, high-reward signing. Last year, he averaged 17.2 pts, 6.3 rebs.
