I get the feeling Brown is not very high on Meeks. Otherwise this wouldn't even be a discussion.

But then again...I'm not sure he knows who's backing up all four other positions either lol.

Now can the Brown defenders who think everyone else is overreacting see where we're coming from? Yes, it's way too early to say anything, but just the fact that Brown is considering something like this is reason to have us worry.

Any person who thinks, that Blake is better than Meeks at the SG position, should end up in a mental institution. Someone please make me Potatohead/dumbarse avi :bang:

For Brown to talk like this regarding the SG position, I have to believe that Meeks must not be playing very well at all, that he has underwhelmed in training camp so far. If Brown is saying that to light a fire under him, maybe that's a good thing.

How bout we wait until the Lakers lose their first regular season game because Gasol or Kobe decide to pass to Durant late in the game with a lead before we start blaming Mike Brown for his rotations. I watched the same games you guys did last year and I do not see a coach who is costing his team games. What I saw was boneheaded plays made at the end of games that should have never happened.

Mike Brown reminds me of Don Mattingly (Dodgers manager) too much. They have some ideas of their own and they are piss poor strategists while completely disregarding patterns

Why would the Raptors downgrade from Calderon to Duhon? If Lowry was still around, getting rid of Calderon and his big contract for Duhon would make sense

Doesn't Calderon make like 9 mil per year? Would take more than Duhon and DJO to get him, and I doubt the Lakers would spend that much on a backup considering the payroll they have already.

Calderon's contract is 132% of Blake, Duhon and DJO's contracts. We're a tax-paying team so we technically cannot make that trade. For us to make that trade we'd have to throw in another contract or replace DJO with Morris.
