To be fair, I'm not sure we've ever seen an NBA championship team struggle this badly through the first 25% of games. Have we? I mean, I've been following since around 1999 or so.

Add to that, that we've had 3 coaches already too and I don't think you're looking at any sort of formula for success.

I have not given up on them. I am just being objective. It does not look good right now. The only thing that gives us any hope is Nash and that he rights the ship for us offensively and we become so damm good on the offensive end that we overcome our weaknesses on defense.
